Highly unprofessional hotel group!
We had a FULLY PREPAID pre-cruise reservation with them and they wrote to us a few days before to cruise to tell us they could not host us due to "technical difficulties".
We we tried to call to understand was was going on they could not be reached. Reservation was made through Expedia so we had them try to call the hotel, and even Expedia could not get them to answer the phone. Despicable business behavior.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.
Addition - The comments from the hotel in their answer saying the situation was resolved is blatantly false! THey are trying to make it look like they cared but they only did so after my negative note here. I REPEAT - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!
Great rooms, more like a studio. Clean. superb swimmingpool. Friendly staff.
Stayed here recently 5 nights. Convenient when you have to be in the port. Bus to central BA and airports.
Restaurant does not impress. Too expensive for whats offered. Also the coffeshop on the other site has to learn to make a more decent coffee.
The staff really do go out of their way to help... the rooms are solid and quiet. The breakfast in the morning is great. I would stay here again.
Great place to stay close to the cruise terminal.

The rooms are great, the service was good, the area as told by locals is not the best to be walking outside at night as it is closed to some sketchy neighborhoods. Overall the experience was good, we will stay longer next time
