The room was fine. The hallway smelled awful. Like we had to cover our mouths with our shirts. The room smelled like someone had just boiled eggs inside, but was nice overall. The location was good. But the pool was cold, the hot tubs were cold and one of them was filthy. Like green water you couldn’t see the bottom. We used the other one that was cleaner but not clean. And it was not even warm. The temperature for a hot tub is 104 F and it was mid-70’s.
The sauna was off, so not sure if was working or not. Overall it’s a good place to stay if you are not planning on using the facilities. We were, so we will skip next time.
We stayed here for two nights through AirBnB and were happy with the location and accommodations. The views were unbelievable and there were nice amenities. AirBnB people were responsive and helpful, and located just blocks away, which was helpful because we wanted to store our bags until our night flight.
Nice views from 23d floor. Liked the fitness and pool (not heated). Location is perfect to visit BA
The building as such is very nice and pleasant with its private security. The studio rooms are crazy. Very well equipped with their exceptional views of all Puerto Madero. We will certainly be back.
Fabulous hotel ! From the moment we arrived, Paola, the super efficient and friendly receptionist, made us feel as truly valued guests. She helped us to take our luggage in from our car, showed us where all the hotel facilities were located . Our room was very spacious and well kitted out . We had a truly exceptional experience, and it will be our number one choice. next time we visit Buenos Aires
