Great location for walking to most of the sites. Great comfortable beds. Air crew stay here so it must be good.

Hotel staff are nice, lobby is spacious, rooms are ok, but it’s not noise proof. The towels are kinda old, hope they can upgrade their towels!

This hotel has really let us down. Person at reception called CHRISTIAN was a total failure. They have been very unprofessional. I would never stay here again, neither would I ever support them. ce My daughter and I stayed there for four days. We bought 2 very expensive soccer game tickets from them. They have a contact with an agency called FUTBAL TRIP (person's name is BRUNO) that sells them soccer tickets. We were promised to be looked after. We were led on and disaster after disaster occurred and both FUTBAL Trip and this hotel paid absolutely no attention to us. They even deleted all our communications with them, in order to leave no trace or evidence. Shame on this organization. Both BRUNO and CHRISTIAN should be ashamed of themselves

The hotel is nice. Elevators are old and slow hallways very hot with no A/C. Key system very outdated and dosent work properly. Quality of food at bar not good and expensive. 2 coffe 1 water and small flat pizza USD 27 Employees at breakfast are rude and not polite following you asking your room number while you are getting breakfast And challenging you in front of other guest. Not very pleasant experience.
