5 adults and we all had fun....ages from 22 to 56....and we all found games to enjoy. It was a great evening stop over.
What a blast from the past! 160 pinball and arcade machines, all included unlimited with admission. Very clean, machines are well maintained. Fun times indeed. No food, soft drinks available.
It was a fun experience for all ages and not too expensive. Lots of variety and other games as well e.g. guitar hero. Great way to spend a couple of hours and it is a walk in.
Fun way to spend a couple of hours, some arcade / 2 player games plus loads of pinball machines all on free play. Great if you are in the area or want some cover on a hot or rainy day
I'd argue that this should be on your Budapest top ten things to see & do list! We had a blast here with my son who has never really grown up with pinball machines so it was something new for him to experience and a trip down memory lane for me. £22 for both of us to enter and then you have unlimited (free play) on all the machines. There is something for everyone to play on here, we particularly liked the movie themes pinball machines, these were popular so you have to be patient if busy. They are closed Monday & Tuesday, then open on week days only from 4pm.
Fantastic! Allow 2-3 hours to play all the machines. Incredible to have so many old machine's in good working order. Lots of fun and great to do to as something different while in Budapest.
Great experience, very fun. Spent 2 hours here. Only thing was the women’s toilet doors don’t lock but apart from that, a perfect visit. Would come again
Unlimited pinball for a reasonable price. So many interesting machines, lots of classic arcade games as well. A few of the vintage ones were broken but it was still a fun way to spend an afternoon. Totally unique experience and a fun dive into the history of pinball machines.
Amazing, so many cool games machines to play on, all included in the ticket. Large selection of pinball games but also lots of retro video games eg. pac-man and mortal combat and some physical ones eg. air hockey and bowing games. Can easily spend a couple of hours hear. Great for children but also for adults.
Best experience in budapest. We were there for 2h and we could stay 2 more easily if it wasn't time for dinner. Only downside was the guy at reception, very rude.
Very crowded space on a cold day, the pinball machines are awesome. Lots of variety no need for advanced tickets.
The earlier you go the better as it does start to get very busy Over 140 machines with lots of table top games some retro but great fun
Great for everyone to enjoy! Has multiple pinball machines and other games from 1930’s to the present day. Vibrant and great vibes.
Loads of pinball machines, all the classics and modern machines, retro arcade games. Only £12 for a full day. Everthing set on free play. Heaven!
A very nice place, designed as a play hall, with some old games, some new games and a great atmosphere. Team is very welcoming and helpfull when needed, and its,a great way to spend 3-4 hours of pure fun from age 9 to 99..
Really worth to go, friendly staff, we could leave our luggage here without problems as we didnt check in yet to our hotel..some of the games werent working but that wasnt a problem since there are so many, we could ve stay there all day and have a lot of fun
A fantastic collection of machines from all eras. All machines well maintained and playing well. Great atmosphere and fantastic value for an evenings fun. We will be back one day, I hope.
This is the best place we visited in Budapest and we visited a lot. The whole place was amazing and we had the best time. Don't hesitate just do it, you won't regret a minute.
Nice museum, coolest part is that you can try almost every pinball and arcade machine in there, impressive that it is a private collection open to the public, so if you love the world of pinball this is definitely the place to go
This was an impressive collection of pinball machines. The range of years represented has to be 5 or 6 decades. I have been to a few museums and this was by far the largest. I enjoyed the unlimited free play for one entry fee. I wish I had scheduled more time, but I had a timed entry I had to get to.
Fantastic place! Spent 3 hours having a great time. Good value for money. Nice and cool and a pleasant break from the heat outside. Highly recommend
We spent over three hours here and had a great time. Masses of pinball machines to play but my favourite was South Park where if you hit Kenny three times you killed him. You can get soft drinks and snacks here too. Was busy when we went but it was the May Day holiday . A really great thing to do in Budapest. You can get the tram from the Parliament building if you don’t want to walk .
We visited having spent the day in the park close by. We should have gone here first, you can spend hours here, room after room of pinball and video games. There is also some old school games too. We spent 2 very quick hours here and left as we were hungry. Shame they don't serve beer. Highly recommended.
I went there with my 10 y/o boy. He enjoyed it immensely, playing almost every machine in the house. I have to admit I did too :-) it's so great to have so many arcade machines in great working order, for a gamer, it's just so much fun. The historical aspect of this now largely forgotten industry is also very very cool.
From the first touch of the flippers, I was transported back to my youth! What a delightful couple of hours, well worth the entry fee. The choice of machines was great. Loved the Star Trek, Doctor Who and others. We were first in, and was amazed that the number of gamers that were playing in the first half hour. We only spent 2hours but wished we stayed longer!! Staff very good, lovely atmosphere. Only gripe was that it was hard to find as in back street. Will definitely go again if we ever go back to Budapest.
Good fun and good price. Friendly staff. Would recommend, busy when first opens ,but after 30 minutes quietens down. Well worth the entry fee.
This is a fantastic experience in Budapest. They had every pinball machine you could think of, plus a bunch of other cool arcade games. You pay an entry fee and that's it - you're set! We spent a good 1.5 hours in there although there was more you could do. You can't drink alcohol in there and it is soft drinks in a cafe area only. This is likely to protect the machines, which makes sense. The staff were really friendly. I'd recommend this to any game lover!
There were lots of things/places I wanted to do & see in Budapest but this place was in the top few things on my list. You pay an entry fee & can then play for free on all of the pinballs & other arcade games. Fantastic! There was a real mix of people and age groups there. Good atmosphere. Plus, I bought 2 T-shirts to take home. If you like this kind of thing, you'll love it.
Great place a bit hard to find but great place been to a few this is a better one as I’ve been to krakow one this is much better
I’ve been here before and loved it. Great experience, still good value. Approx £10 to play however many arcade games and pinball machines as you like. There’s a whole section for multiplayer games which were really fun. A few of the machines were out of order but there are so many there it didn’t imap y the experience. This really is a must see in Budapest. Such a fun evening activity!
Fantastic value for money, the place is in a basement and is spread out across quite a few cavernous rooms. There are loads of machines and once you've paid your admission its free to play for as long as you like. Highly recommended, great place if the weather is bad.
I think it's obvious if you're going to this place that you like pinball. But if you go with someone make sure they have the same enthusiasm for.pinball as you do. If they don't, just don't take them cause they will just be following you around while you play pinball. They might play but they'll just be right by you.
Arriving in Budapest for the first time, we googled what to do. Found the pinball museum wasn’t too far away so off we went. What a great place! If you love pinball and vintage video arcade games, this is for you! I played Space Invaders and Pac-Man - haven’t played them since the 80’s. It won’t be every 57 yr old woman’s cup of tea but it was definitely mine! One entry price and you could play all night.
What a fun evening. Went on a Saturday night when it was raining. Already paid online which was very easy. Played for as long as we wanted on all the games - pinball heaven ! And some other old games too ! Was great fun ! Stayed a lot longer than expected until it closed. Small bar on site for cool drinks - no alcohol… recommend for families - well for everyone
What a find this was......! As an avid pinball player in my youth what a few hours it was that I spent here. An incredible history of the pinball museum with at least 80 to play and it was all free. Not only that but there was a selection of old arcade games from space invader, frogger, shooting games and so much more. It took me back to my youth. Loved every single minute of it and when I go back to Budapest I will definitely go back.
Such a good time playing all of the machines, we were definitely the oldest in the building (mid sixties) but as children of the sixties we were born in the pinball era, a real trip down memory lane and something a bit different.
Oh where do I start - It was a fathers day surprise for my hubby as we were away from our 2 kids - it was awesome 130+ machines dating back to 1931 right through to today, we played any machine we wanted for hours. It was a blast and clearly very popular - if your in Budapest pop in, its well worth your time and if you have kids even better.
What a cool place. Loosely a museum but really a collection of dozens of pinball and other arcade games from the 60s onwards. Pay the entry fee and you can play for hours. I hate video games, but this an awesome place for some nostalgic gaming! Highly recommended!
When I saw that Budapest have pinball museum, I couldn't resist. There is a pinball machine inside from 1947 until today. And I wanted to play everything. Most of it I did because I stayed inside for a couple of hours, I didn't even notice that the time passed so quickly. I don't have to write you anything other than that there were two noble sisters playing pinball next to me!
Amazing experience, budget friendly, a fun time travel from the 30s to the present day, a great way to spend your time if you are either a fan or arcade machines or movies
Great three hours playing all the different pinball and arcade machines. Only left as it was 1930hrs and we were starving.
Brilliant place. With ages ranging from 13 to 62 in our group, we spent a very enjoyable 3 hours playing all the machines - felt more like 30 minutes. Everyone loved the experience and could have stayed much longer. Great fun!
A great place to visit either with or without children! Lots of machines to play on and had to eventually drag the other half away!
So much fun - a step back in time! One price entry, and then play as many pinball machines as you like from 4-11pm. Highly recommended experience. Couldn’t wipe the smiles off our faces!
Amazing work for pinball and gaming hostory in general. Also really funny to play all these games for hour without spending any more money
There are so many pinball machines to choose from and also retro arcade games like Space Invaders, Ms Pac-Man, Phoenix. The pinball machines are from the 1950s to the modern day. I lost track of time as I was enjoying it so much. Well worth a few hours of it’s your thing.
Amazing experience I really like this Highly recommend for family, friends and anyone in Budapest. We were there for 2 hours and it doesn’t fell enough
Amazing place, returned to my childhood, thought it was a museum then i saw its free playable when you buy a ticket. Stayed for 3 hours, need a whole day next time.
