Miklos met us outside the airport baggage claim. He was very pleasant. The ride into Budapest was smooth.

Our driver communicated clearly with us and was prompt and gave perfect instructions on where to meet. I was so impressed that when we were bumped off of our flight at the very last minute and arrived six hours later on a different flight, he still picked us up and didn’t cancel. He was so nice about the whole thing and we were so grateful he worked with us on the last minute arrival time change! Highly recommend!

We booked a car for a trip from Budapest airport to the Chain Bridge ports for our River Cruise. Booking was easy. I texted a week prior to arrival and had immediate response from the company. Our driver Levente was Excellent! Great personality, excellent English, (he speaks Hungarian, French & 2 other languages) He was a story teller, funny, friendly and would make for a fantastic entertaining tour guide.

Attila was very friendly and helpful. Van was very clean. Great experience. Will use their service in the future.

Andrea contacted me before the day we travelled with full details of pick up and the picture of the car in readiness for pick up. Upon arrival due to the new regulations at the airport we were delayed for over an hour and half so I updated her throughout. To be fair to her she stayed and waited keeping in touch all of the time. Other drivers in the past have cancelled so thank you. Andrea was really professional and efficient and I would definitely recommend the service. Thanks Andi xx

Driver was on time and very courteous. On the drive from the airport he pointed out landmarks and told us about Budapest.

The information we received about the pickup was clear. Meet at the exchange office, our driver would have a sign with our names. That didn’t happen. We saw many people with signs. Not our guy. It turns out we did see our driver in the terminal, no sign We called the number in the app. After about 15 minutes we were finally directed to meet our driver outside. He apologized for the confusion. He drove us to Hotel. My point is if you give me directions, then you need to follow those directions yourself. Everything turned out fine in the end, just could have been better,

This agent did not show up to pick me up from Budapest airport to drive me to my hotel. I provided my flight information and the agent stated they tried to call me however I did not take a phone coverage plan when I went to Europe. they were to use email however I did not receive any emails. I tried to contact the agent through the info given on the receipt and left several messages. I was contacted the next day by email and they stated this contact line I was provided only is manned during business hours. My flt arrived at 9:30 pm therefore my messages were not read until the following morning. I had to take a cab, and now the agent is refusing to refund my money for a service I did not recieve.

My driver texted me several hours in advance to confirm, share his number and info on what to do once I had retrieved my baggage. Gave me total peace of mind which was really appreciated after a long, tiring travel day to an unfamiliar place! My flight was delayed an hour but he was ready to meet me as soon as I called him.

Informed where to meet after flight arrived. Since he wasn’t there, he called to provide information. I received a text later that day showing he had text more information earlier but it was not received by me. Glad he took the next step of calling since I had not responded to the text he had sent. We got to our destination in a safe & timely manner.

I booked this ride about a few weeks prior to it and she communicated right away with me. Our plane was also delayed and she was very responsive to my texts about our delays and was watching our landing status. We easily found where to meet her as she sent us a picture of her car and license plate as well as a picture of where to meet her. She was super timely, friendly and even had waters for us.

Early contact was made via text, and even with our delay the driver was there and tracking our flight, however, there was no 'personalized meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall with a placard bearing your name' so after 14 hours of travel time, we struggled to find our driver.

Miklos kept in touch texting through one missed connection to a standby flight 5 hours later through a delay in baggage claim filing a lost luggage report and came to get us right at baggage claim exit. The car was clean and he was very pleasant.

Zoltan was very punctual and waiting for us at the meeting location. On the drive he pointed out items of interest and general conversation, Budapest had there first snowfall of the season, traffic was a bit heavy time went by past with conversation.
