Nightmare In Budapest Interactive Horror Experience

It’s an immersive scare experience. Exactly what we expected. If you like being spooked, chased and scared then I’d recommend.

While I was not scared, I was turned on so I’d say it was money well spent. Enjoyed the thrill of being played with.

All actors were amazing. Booking was easy and communication was great! Fiona was the prettiest!!! Would highly recommend!!

Amazing! Didn’t make it through but it was super scary and the host was very accommodating.

While we were travelling a as a family, we wanted a night for something random to enoy together - my dads request was "something wierd". Well.. as someone who is terrified of scary movies and rides, I think i forgot to breath my way through the activity. Enjoyed by all (myself, wife and parents). The crew were entertaining and were very nice to share recordings of our unique travel moment together.

The experience was amazing. The staff and actors were fully committed from start to finish. The atmosphere was scary in the best way and the tasks were creative and intense. There was even a mission my wife had to complete or they would have “cut off” my head or hand which had us laughing from the pressure. A professional and highly recommended place for anyone who loves quality horror experiences.

Absolutely amazing experience, and absolutely f*cking scary. The actors are completely committed and deeply scary but also hilarious. The setting is very well made and thought out, every room is darker and scarier than the last. Follow instructions and have fun and you will be fine, my girlfriend's and mine hearts are still beating out of our chests. So fun!

This was an awesome experience but not for the faint hearted. Lots of different actors in several rooms and they talk with you and make you do tasks so highly interactive. All rooms really well made with perfect lighting and sound. Very scary but good fun.

The actors play was absolutely proffessional! There was one thing i couldn't even imagine they will use. Won't tell what it is. The best way is to gi alone in there (if you have the guts). 100% recommend it!

What an excellent thrill ride! It was creepy, scary and some bits got under my skin! Which is hard to do 😂 the couple who went in after us chickened out after about 3 minutes! 🤣 if you’re looking for somewhere or a gift for a true horror fan, this is the place for you! Thank you for being supportive/mindful of my type 1 diabetes. I won’t write any spoilers but the last part is what got under my skin and had me super creeped out 😅 great job guys! 🖤

Really enjoyed this. Im a bit claustrophobic so was nervous but its not that enclosed and there are plenty of lights that go on and off and actors around! Very well acted and good story. Be prepared to be touched and pushed around!

We had such a fantastic time at Nightmare in Budapest! The experience gave us just the right amount of scares while still keeping it entertaining and fun. The atmosphere was immersive, the actors were excellent, and the whole adventure kept us on our toes.

I was there with my teenage daughter - we both have lots of fun. It was very enjoyable, even though we spent over an hour in the coffin :D I will fully recommend - it is a great experience.

I had an incredible time at Nightmare in Budapest! The actors were absolutely amazing, fully professional, completely in character, and they made every moment feel so real. We had a wonderful time- actors were excellent and scared us all, and also made us laugh a lot.. the darkness of hallways and the scary rooms were well set up and actors were well hidden to jump out at us 😳

Really enjoyed going in not knowing what to expect. The interactive aspect of the experience was really immersive and it had a great blend of being scary and at times funny too. A real good mix of different elements in each room as you go through and all the actors are amazing at bringing their own unique characters to life. Feels like being in a horror movie. Great fun!

That was a really unique experience. The rooms were well designed and themed. The actors were a great mix of scary and interesting, and the puzzles and dialogs made it feel very interactive.

Excellent show...the set was visually amazing and the actors on point particularly the first spooky lady who was very spookily captivating and set the scene for the horrors to come! This is a classic and a great finale to our trip to Budapest.Do it you won't regret it...if you come out the other end that is!

It was my first time in this kind of horror house and I totally loved it! I thought beforehand that I wouldn't be scared, but it was quite creepy alone in the dark. The actors were very believable and made my experience both fun and frightening. Cilla

I recently visited the Horror Interactive Experience, and it was such a thrilling adventure! The atmosphere was both fun and genuinely scary — exactly what you’d hope for in this kind of experience. The actors were fantastic and really brought the story to life with their energy and commitment. The location itself was impressively designed, detailed, and immersive.

It was excellent!!! We went as a group of four and it really brought us together!!!😅 We laughed and screamed our way through, the interactions with the actors were awesome, some were a bit humorous and some were downright terrifying!!! The themeing was great, the scares were intense. Would 100% recommend!!!

Thought this would be a cool start to our evening, my wife was literally terrified & shaking from start to finish! The actors really played their parts well ! The building & props were spooky & I did get the feeling we were in a horror movie. BE AFRAID OF THE DARK

Myself and my partner are very big horror film fans, so whilst on holiday in Budapest recently we thought this would be a great thing to do along with our teenage son. Unfortunately it was one of the hottest days of the week, but we walked all the way across town to find the location, which is well signposted once you are close by. We headed down the staircase into the main area and was met by Matthew, who was very friendly and very helpful in getting us booked into the next available tour, as we'd unfortunately not reserved a time slot. He even let us grab some water to cool down a bit, so a massive thanks to him 🥵🙏 After putting our belongings in a secure locker and a briefing by Matthew we were then shown into the start of our experience! Without giving anything away, all we can say is "This was absolutely brilliant" - all the actors were fantastic in giving us all scares and creeping us out big time. The atmosphere and rooms are spot on, you definitely need to experience this for yourself oh and the final actor definitely takes his role seriously!!! 🪚 😲😲😲 At the end Matthew said that he'd captured some great footage of us all being scared in the attraction, which he kindly sent to my email as a keepsake. 👍 Tip: The file format doesn't always playback on mobile phones, so it's worth downloading a free media player such as VLC for your phone. Overall, I'd highly recommend Nightmare in Budapest's interactive horror experience to others if you're in town and love all things Horror!! 👹 🔪They also offer two escape rooms to choose from if that's your preference. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was an amazing and terrifying experience. I had a great time going with my sister and even though my vocal chords were fried from screaming so much, the actors were incredible and every single part of the experience was so immersive; I feel like I learned a lot about what I'd do in a real life horror scenario from going to this (mostly that I'd rebel and/or sacrifice myself for my loved ones)

Wonderful, terrifying experience from the start to finish! I was visiting from Vienna. I had originally booked the Buried escape experience, but as I was solo I wasn't able to do it, so I was offered the haunted house walk through. It was so incredible how dedicated to their craft the actors are inside the house- truly great at what they do! I had such a good, spooky time.

This Nightmare in Budapest was so awesome we had the best time ever! The staff from the start to the end were awesome and the whole experience was great! If your looking for something fun and interactive to do in Budapest this is the place to go however if you don't like being scared then maybe not for you... Thank you, Will 100% be returning.

My wife and I were in Budapest for our anniversary, looking for something unique to do, and we stumbled upon this absolute gem of a nightmare. And I mean that in the best way possible! From the moment you step in, the atmosphere is electric with suspense and a sense of dread that is both terrifying and exhilarating. The actors are relentlessly brilliant, the sets are incredibly detailed, and the scares are perfectly timed. We were screaming, laughing, and clinging to each other the entire time. It’s not just a haunted house; it’s a full on, heart pounding, adrenaline fueled experience. If you’re in Budapest and you’re looking for a thrill that you’ll be talking about for years to come, Nightmare in Budapest is an absolute must. We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable and exciting way to celebrate our anniversary ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I was hesitant to try this but th3 reviews seemed good All I can say is that it is VERY worth thr experience! Super fun! Super scary and the actors are amazing. They are so lovely aswell and make sure to check any conditions and religious beliefs etc before starting. I highly reccomed this to anyone who is after a good time! 10/10

Nightmare in Budapest truly exceeded all our expectations! It was scary, fun, and incredibly well-executed. The actors were fantastic – fully committed to their roles, creating an intense and immersive experience from start to finish. One of the things that made it extra thrilling was that the actors were allowed to touch you, which really added to the tension and realism. They didn’t hold back and completely embraced the roleplay, making it feel like you were part of a real horror story. We had an absolute blast and were on edge the whole time – in the best possible way. Highly, highly recommended for anyone who enjoys a good scare!

The actors were insanely skilled, had very detailed outfits and costumes and, they really knew how to properly make the experience as realistic as possible. The area the experience took place in was also very well decorated and there was a lot of detail in every room. I would not change anything about it due to it being well planned out and it is also definately worth the price. If you are looking for a unique horror experience, Nightmare in Budapest is a must go to place.

The vibe was creepy and it never lets up! The performers were top notch and the pacing of the experience leaves you breathless. The best interactive show we have experienced. Truly worth it. If you're in Budapest this is a must see on your visit!!

It was a great experience! There were moments when I was quite scared. It was entertaining. Afterwards, we were even sent little videos of our haunted house experience. We can definitely recommend it to others.

Visited this with my friend. It was INSANE and WE LOVED IT! Excellent customer service, great actors and lots of scares and laughs. You should definitely visit this if you like horror. If you’re in Budapest and even thinking about visiting a haunted house—DO IT, and this is the place you don’t want to miss. I went with a boyfriend, and let me just say: we thought we were ready. We weren’t. From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like we were trapped in a real-life horror movie. Every corner, every shadow, every breath in the air felt like something was watching us—and most of the time, something was. We screamed, we laughed, we clung to each other like terrified children... and it was amazing. The attention to detail, the actors, the sound design—it was all on a different level. One second we were cautiously tiptoeing through the darkness, the next we were sprinting for our lives. The fear was real, but so was the fun. We left absolutely buzzing with adrenaline, shaky from the thrills and grinning like lunatics. It was more than just a haunted house. It was an experience. A terrifying, hilarious, unforgettable adventure that left us both scared to the bone—but wanting to go back again

So cool! We had so much fun in there. Its very scary. Took our 10 year old that lives for scary stuff. They generally recommend you are 14 or older but with mature kids it works. We also bought some handmade dolls in the shop that where fantastic!

It was a very nice scary and surprising experience. I would do it again anytime! The actors are really cool and you really feel the adrenaline rush, you pump with good vibes and even it is scary, you don’t wanna stop 🫣.

The scary lady was really careful after I told her I had heart problems. That was very nice and I appreciate it.

Amazing experience !!! The atmosphere is creepy! The every detail is phenomenal, you wonder if you are truly in a mini horror movie. The actors love what they do, they give their best. I would recommend it to everyone who want to test their limits. It’s not for the weak !
