Guided Tour In Budapest Castle District

Very informative guide. Knew all about the history of Budapest and put it across in an amusing way. !

It was very interesting learning about Saint Stephen and lovely to attend a church service afterwards.

This is experience was full of history and exquisite views. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We found areas we want to go back and revisit on our own in more depth.

The tour was filled with lots of history and sights. The strudel was great there were 3 people altogether plus the guide.

I had a tour guide called Flora! She was amazing! She went at our pace and was soo informative and knowledgeable. You can really tell it’s her passion. She answered any questions we had and also told us about other must go places within Budapest. I’ve been on a lot of tours around the world but this was one I’ve enjoyed the most thanks to her.

History interesting, friendly guide, enjoyed the storied about the buildings. Overall just what we wanted from a tour.

The tour guide lady was so pleasant. She enjoyed what she was doing and we all benefitted from it. Her historical information made the city come alive! We were so blessed to be in her midst She was so kind.

It was very negative I was not able to use it I purchased the tickets to enter Matyas church and it was only allow for a group It is difficult to have sales online when the tickets to enter the church are next door What might work is to credit or allow them to enter when they purchase this tickets Not very clear and a waste of our money

I have most likely misread/-understood the description of this tour, as it turned out to be a 2-hrs walking tour through this District - we did not enter any building ... due to all the construction work maybe! Having said that, thanks to the guide -very informative, compassion and her sense of humor- the visit was very worthwhile and interesting. If one does this without a guide, one would miss out on all the background info.

Guide had many great original stories to share. She was very flexible and really brought history to life.

Andrew was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. But he spoke very softly and usually while he was walking. So typically only one or two of us could hear what he said. If he would stop to talk and face the customers, it would be far more effective. Had he done that? It would have been 5 Star.

It was a good overview of the castle district, and the tour guide was very nice and helpful. I certainly can't complain about the price and value. However, it was quite crowded (others not on the tour) and I frequently had a hard time hearing her. She had a little amplifier speaker and I tried to stand on that side of her whenever possible or else I couldn't hear well. She was also sometimes hard to understand through the accent.

With Adam we had the perfect guide for a wonderfull tour on Buda castle. Even my hungarian friend, who lived in Budapest several years, said that she learned a lot from him. Adam had an answer to all our questions because he has tremendous historical and cultural knowledge. On top of that he is very patient and he responds to everyone and gives enough time to look and ask. After that great experience we decided to do the Pest-Tour also with Adam the next day in the morning. I really eecommend this tour with Adam 👍

I had a great afternoon with our guide Adam who customized the private tour. I was able to see & learn about so much! He had an answer to all my questions. He loves what he does and transmits that in his tours. Adam also keeps on studying to be able to offer the best cultural and historical visit in town. I can highly recommend this tour if you want an overall introduction to Budapest and its incredible history.

No había cómo encontrar al guía y no pude visitar el Castillo de Buda el desorden fue total. Lo mismo me pasó con el tour al Parlamento de Budapest pero gracias a una señorita de informaciones me ayudó a encontrar a la guía que no tenía ninguna identificacion

Excellent guided tour of the Buda Castle district (and not only that) with Nora Juhasz, knowledgeable Budapest Guided Tour Guide. The neighborhood is lovely and very quaint, definitely not to be missed. To see the Matthias church, the wonderful view from the Fisherman's Bastion, a tour of the castle and a pleasant walk in the alleys of this medieval district.
