Not the best for sights but decent, it checks a box, is cheap and you get refreshments, but you have to wait to get your order taken, still, the staff were pretty responsive and nice.

Margaret Bridge – Right after the Chain Bridge the second place belongs to Margaret Bridge, which is the second permanent stone bridge of Budapest and only 20 years younger than its ancestor.
Chain Bridge – This unique looking construction was the first, permanent stone bridge, that connected the two towns Buda and Pest
The House of Parliament: Considerably one of the most beautiful government buildings in the world.
Emerging at the foot of Elisabeth Bridge, Gellért Hill is amongst the most visited spots of the capital, due to the amazing view.

Our Christmas stay in Budapest was full of charm, great food and lovely moments. The thermal baths were wonderfully relaxing, while the sunset cruise was the perfect way to round off the trip. The unlimited mulled wine package, with its fantastic selection, was especially enjoyable — warming, delicious and just perfect for a winter evening in Budapest. It was such a lovely and memorable experience.
The trip was really lovely, 100% as advertised. Suggestion, add background music to aided in creating an atmosphere on the boat. 60 minutes flew by! All you can drink really is all you can drink!
Trip was 1 hour circle on Danube. Staff was pleasant. What u dont think about is drinking frozen drinks for an hour and brain freeze. You'll get down 2-3 drinks. Only food offered (for sale) was potato chips.
Great trip and value. Domenic was exceptional on his customer service abilities. They should have him on the fast track to Management!! Terry
It was a good time on the cruise, lovely drinks, good background music and I believe it was Dominic who looked after everyone, he done a fantastic job. Downloaded thier app to listen for audio and it was good. Best time to go is just before the sunset so you can roam freely and take pics without bumping into anyone. If you go as it's set it will be crowded
Very enjoyable evening cruise. Audio guide was good although you had to listen to this on your phone. Staff friendly and helpful and boat clean and well maintained. Booked online easily with full details in confirmation email
We have been the only ones on board of the cruise who booked the slushie tour. Besides us there have been another couple that had the prosecco tour and some other guests that ordered from the menu. Everyone had great seats because the tour was not fully booked. The service guys have been great: they always checked if we wanted another round. This was we have been able to try each one of the slushie cocktails from the menu. It was a fun tour. Would always do it again
Definitely worth doing - would recommend
The trip had a rough start as it was raining heavily and we arrived 30 minutes early as suggested in many comments. Unfortunately we didn't get permission to wait in the waterproof waiting area - so be sure to have umbrellas and raincoats with you, every single minute waiting outside seemed longer than the one before. As we ship was quite crowded we didn't get a sit on the main deck and had to sit upstairs with a roof but no walls. At 2 °C with wet seats (luckily I'm always having a small towel with me) the start was cold, but I got way better. We had a funny, friendly and attentive waiter which kept us supplied with mulled wine (absolutely book the MULLED WINE PACKAGE in Winter!). The view was despite the rainy weather very lovely and we enjoyed the tour in the end. Big thanks to the nice waiter and a small reminder to always keep a towel in your city trip backpack.
A fun experience. Great choice of mulled wines and the scenery was so pretty in the evening. I would definitely recommend it as part of your Budapest experience!
Wonderful mulled wine cruise along the Danube. This vessel is particularly nice in the winter because of the open air seating upstairs with a covered roof which allows you to be outside while still protected. Mulled wine was plentiful and Renata was a great host and checked on us regularly! Very nice experience!
Easy to find, lovely boat, amazing tasty mulled wine with lots of options including chocolate flavour which my partner loved. Other flavours were classic & apple and cinnamon. There is an indoor part downstairs which was warm, and open top on the top deck which is best for photos. It was cold, but we’d wrapped up and found it manageable. The service people were polite, but I wouldn’t say it was table service as we had to go up for more mulled wine every time we wanted one. They did give us one mulled wine each to go in the end which we found to be kind. Wonderful views from the boat. The audio that is over the sound system is in English, can be a little difficult to hear at first with the excitement of people in the boat.
Great trip even on a cold, wet night. Sit on the right of the boat to get the best view. Down loading the app on arrival gave us an insightful commentary as there isn’t one on the boat itself. We stayed downstairs (nice and warm!) as upstairs was packed with smokers. Mulled wine also rather lovely!
Everything went very smoothly. I'm glad we bought tickets in advance so we didn't have to wait in line. We were able to choose where to sit first, and the unlimited drinks were worth it as well. :)
A good experience seeing the famous landmarks of Budapest. It was idyllic to cruise in the evening and see the Christmas lights. The boat warm and comfortable downstairs in the covered are on a cold night, with an open deck upstairs. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The only criticism was that the drinks service was slow and we had to remind the waiter as our order had been forgotten!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful boat trip along the Budapest stretch of the Danube with fantastic views! The slushie was so refreshing in the heat, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. A great experience – highly recommended!
Good service. Good tour
It is not worth paying more for a more complete experience. An exaggerated heat on the ground floor of the boat, the upper floor is covered but without windows, so in winter you freeze, the "audio guide" goes through an app that you have to download on your mobile (nobody tells you before, by the way), tickets through viator the staff of the boat barely recognize them and also does not specify what has been contracted... in short. I won't repeat either viator or silverline cruises.
Well organized, with the online ticket you didn't have to wait in line. Very nice service and good mulled wine with a wide selection
I loved it, it was better than anticipated, highly recommended, both for the walk and for the drinks. Perfect, to repeat.
