I booked with the operator and received an email with Heroes Square at the top, and an address further down. Never assume. I thought the address was in Heroes Square, but that was the name of the tour. Doooh. As Forrest Gump said, "I'm not a very smart man." After a frantic call to the tour operator when Google Maps said it was a 40-minute walk from the metro station, I worked out I was in the wrong place, and had missed the tour. No problem. Come in, and we will arrange something. I arrived happy to accept another day tour, but they arranged a 3-hour private tour with Eric. He was born in the US but has lived in Hungary for 8 years. This man knows his European history. It turned out to be an amazing trip, and I found out so much I didn't know about the country and the city. Could not have been better. What did I learn? They are not in Heroes Square; if you pay on the day, they only take cash in either HUF or Euro. If you want an amazing tour, ask for Eric.
Amazing!! We all loved the segways. Were initially disappointed as the Tripadvisor itinerary daid we'd see more than we actually did but that wasn't the fault of Raed and the segway company. What we did see was amazing and Raed made the whole experience. Fantastic 2 hours and would definitely recommend
Incredible fun! And much easier than expected! Great to do with my son (13) & me (59!) We did the 2hour & saw lots! Good photo stops!

Roed was the best! Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The segways are super fun. A must do! Even if you don't know how to ride one they will teach you before hand.

The experience was superb. The instructor SHAPAAL made the trip worth..he is very good instructor and takes good care in the entire trip. An excellent photographer, a witty man who knows local area and people. He knows little bit of Hindi as well. Superb guy and entire team. We totally enjoyed it. Highly recommend you do ride with him

Fantastic tour of Margit Island! The tour guide gave us plenty of training and safety tips. Brilliant sight seeing and lots of interesting island history unfolding as you travel through the beautiful greenery.

We booked a tour last minute and it didn’t disappoint. It was just the two of us and our tour guide, Ari. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We would definitely recommend and would even take the same tour again when we return to Budapest with our kids!
The best way to see Budapest, hands down! Had such a blast on this 2.5hr Segway tour, both sides of the Danube, with focus on Buda & Castle District. Lots of riding time, with a good amount of walking time around the main sights. Absolute joy. Raed was a fabulous guide, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, skilled photographer as well. He really made the experience a special one. Loved every minute!
We went with a group of 11 friends n family , we had the most immersive experience with the team ,it was very safe, as they taught us individually very patiently , the team made it super fun and we saw the whole of buda pest in 2 hours. Def a must do when visiting Budapest!

The tour and guide Raed was fabulous! My first time on a segway and Raed was able to get me going with confidence. Raed gave description at every stop, took pictures for us, and guided us safely through busy streets. I highly recommend the tour! Budapest is a beautiful city, don't miss any of it.
We had a wonderful time in our Segway tour. Our guide Raed was very careful to ensure we were confident and safe before we set off. It was the first time in a defeat for my sister and she loved it. He was the most wonderful guide, informative and very friendly. He was able to answer all our questions and gave us recommendations for cafes, dinner and ideas for things to do in the city. I would absolutely recommend a segway tour as a great way to get to know the city and City Segway tours were very efficient and easy to book.

One of the best experience we tried , it covered almost 80% of the places and it’s super easy to drive it … and most amazing was the guide “Shapal” who explained us everything and guided us. The staff is super friendly..🤗🤗
It was such a great tour. Shapal was our guide and we learned so much about Budapest and Hungary but we also laughed a lot and the time flew! I think it was one of the best tours I’ve done and I’ve done a lot ! Totally recommend this !

Really easy to find, great tour- our instructor was Alex he was very knowledgeable and good fun. A range of tours available we went on the shortest one and it was still full with fin sights to see, would recommend!
