Budapest Roundtrip Private Airport Transfer

I had a flight Budapest to London and on to Dallas. Flight departed at 11:40 am A lady called to confirmed 8:00 pickup. Later a man called and wanted a 10:00 pickup. I knew that was too late and told him so. He asked me what time I wanted for pickup. I asked him for suggestions since I had no knowledge of the traffic and the airport. We settled on 8:00. The driver texted me to advise that it would be a different driver and gave me the license plate number. After standing outside awhile, I saw the plate on a cab. The driver rushed pedestrians and gave hand jesters. He dropped us at the wrong terminal and we had to carry 4 bags down the sidewalk to the next terminal. Certainly not the "Private Airport Transfer" that I paid for. Note the driver that picked us up in Prague was professional and did a great job. We did make the fight home and appreciate that. Fantastic service. Susanna is very professional and everything went off without a hitch. Communication by WhatsApp and booking in advance with a credit card all worked fine. The shuttle van picked our group of six up at our hotel and delivered us to the track exactly as promised using the VIP express lanes and at the promoter parking area which is minutes from Gate 8 entrance. The trip on both Saturday and Sunday (race day) was 30 minutes. We were shocked by how quickly we got there. Our group has attended seven grands prix and this was by far the easiest one to get to, thanks to the excellent taxi service. Driver was on time every day and even arrived earlier when we got out of the track 30 minutes before we originally agreed on Sunday. At one point we looked up and saw helicopters arriving and we realized that even the helicopters can't get you from hotel to grandstand and back as fast as the shuttle did, and helicopter service for 6 people is about 10x mor expensive. 5 stars here for the excellent and dependable service for a good price, but be aware that any taxi driver in Hungary is like an F1 alumnus, so expect some intense g's while sitting in the van. Enjoyed a great start to a few days in Budapest by using the recommended Private airport transport. Contact with firm meant we knew where to meet and what car to expect. Prompt pick up and quick transfer directly to the door no drop offs, plus a few recommendations by our driver "Oliver". Strange as it seems we were collected by the same driver who recommended a slightly earlier pick up as like all modern cities Buda has it's traffic issues. Picked up from our door and dropped at departures no problem with plenty of time to check in etc. A great service worth every penny as no stress.

Excellent communication before pickup. Really clear directions given and were really punctual. They have the best transfer who have return pickups to and from the airport.

I booked the transfer online for a few days later, paid and I got the confirmation. The day of the pick up the taxi showed up with no car seat. The taxi driver was in a not collaborative attitude. We were struggling to get to the airport on time to not lose our flight. We were asking him for a solution when we suddenly left without offering us any decent alternative. Very rude driver and very unreliable service. Of course we didn't get a refund. Never again.

We had 4 days in Budapest. This company had an excellent costumer service. Our flight was changed twice, then again a 2 hours long delay on the arrival day and there was no issue. The management was so flexible and helpful that we did not have to worry about our transfer after the stressful journey. Vehicle was clean and had plenty of space for all of our luggages. Booked an Airport return shuttle 26 & 29th April for my wife and I. Excellent communication from Zsuszannah from the moment of booking. On landing in Budapest I received a welcome message and a photo of where to stand outside arrivals. Even a photo of our transport and its registration, we were picked up literally in minutes, 5 at the most. The vehicle was spotless and the driver was great, taking us right up to our hotel door. Again for the return to the Airport we had great communication and on time door to door service. Getting a good honest transfer can be hit and miss, but this company are brilliant. If I return to Budapest this is the company I would use again. Great communication, great service, highly recommended.

We travel to Budapest from the USA frequently and always use this shuttle service. They are punctual, reliable, and have great communication via What's App. It is easy to communicate with them in English or Hungarian. Note that the Budapest airport is a long (about 45 minutes) and expensive drive to downtown. I have had problems with taxi drivers taking advantage in the past, and the Hungarian language can be difficult to navigate for public transportation. For these reasons, I really value this shuttle service. Payment is easy with Euros or online. Zsuszannah (pronounced "Susannah" in English) and her drivers are honest and professional. I even trust them to transport my college-age son without me there. Highly recommend.

This was the first time we have used Viator for a transfer to and from our hotel whilst visiting Budapest for the first time and we found the service and experience exemplary. We received a WhatsApp message before we travelled telling us where to meet the vehicle with a photo of the vehicle to assist. We arrived at the airport early and our transfer (Suzanna) sent another message advising she was ready to pick us up as soon as we cleared customs. Suzanna passed on a lot of information to us as we travelled into the city which was very helpful and advised she would make sure our return transfer was as smooth which it was. Only wish we had booked this service last year when we went to NYC!

We had a private return transfer in Budapest in September 2023. For both trips, we had a lovely lady called Susanna. She messaged us a few days before the trip to let us know where the pick-up point at the airport was and she also sent a picture of the location. On the day of the pick-up, she sent us a picture of the car and its number plate so that we would know exactly which vehicle it was. She was very friendly, spoke excellent English (which was a godsend as we do not speak Hungarian), and was on time if not early for both collections. She was very knowledgeable about Budapest and shared a plethora of information with us, which was very much appreciated - especially a website for obtaining tickets to see the Hungarian Parliament building. She was also very interested in how our trip to Budapest had been and was keen to hear our feedback. Our private return transfer was smooth from start to finish, which was entirely down to Susanna. Transport was ready and waiting for us. We received text messages prior to arrival advising a meeting point with pics of where to go; although this did change it was well communicated and was right outside the airport arrival area.

My flight was delayed till the next day, but this wasn’t a problem, as was picked up the next day, the minute I came in, which was a relief. Also the taxi today was on time and details are sent of who your driver is and what vehicle too look for, this is why I gave a 5 star rating.

We booked this as a return trip from airport to our hotel. The company is very professional, sending messages of confirmation to our phone and also with the name and details of car of driver picking us up. The driver both ways made contact the day before, introducing themselves and what time they would pick us up. Both directions prompt despite us being delayed coming in to Budapest. Would recommend, takes the stress out of getting to your hotel especially if it’s the first time you have visited.

Prompt, courteous and responsive. In spite of flight delay at Manchester and further immigration delay at Budapest due to multiple flight arrivals, the nominated driver waited patiently, till he had to leave for another pick up. When I contacted the despatch desk, another car and driver were promptly sent minimising any further delays once outside the airport. Kind personal approach and accurate and up-to date information was given by Susanna, our Host. We were informed and picked up early for the transfer back to the airport because of possible traffic delays. The chauffeur was kind and professional. He drove us fast but safe to the airport.
