I booked this experience several days in advance, and I was planning on traveling with a bicycle. I copied and pasted the dimensions of my bike case literally off the company website. It's a standard Thule bike case. I sent the dimensions, and the operator told me it would be no problem. I knew it would be no problem because we have literally traveled with this same bike case in the same microbus before. However, when we got to the airport, for some reason an extra lady came with the driver and took up one seat. They were unwilling to remove the back seats to fit my bike case in. They then blamed it on me, saying I sent them the wrong measurements, and they measured several times to make sure it would fit. They then forced me to take an extra taxi while my wife and baby went with them so that I could fit the luggage in the taxi. I ended up paying double the price for another taxi. Not a great experience. When I asked for a refund, they canceled my return trip instead.
It was great. The driver confirmed the time and pick up point. He was on time, courteous, friendly and chatty enough! He got us safely to the airport with plenty of time for check in. The price was fair.

The company came onto the river boat we were departing from and helped us get our luggage off--through our boat and the boat docked parallel to us. The vehicle was spacious and clean and the driver's assistant provided us with some helpful tips about the Budapest airport as we made our way there.

They were very prompt and polite. I would definitely use them again! If you want to leave a tip make sure you do it before you get out of the vehicle. They left immediately after getting our luggage out and I was unable to leave a gratuity as we were getting settled with all of our luggages ☹️

Excellent transfer company! There was a marathon that day that blocked several roads near the cruise port making it difficult to reach us. They walked a significant distance to get to the ship, were extremely helpful with all our luggage and provided information about Budapest as we drove to the hotel. They were also on time. While the communication prior to pickup was excellent, unfortunately, the driver who picked me up displayed behavior that left me concerned an unsafe. The driver was not only rude but also drove unsafely, notably speeding during the journey and breaking hard. Additionally, I had one large suitcase, a roller bag, and a backpack containing medication and essential paperwork that I needed to access during the ride. Despite explaining its importance, the driver insisted that the backpack be placed in the trunk, stating, "no, seriously, that is luggage and it goes back here"; in a stern and aggressive voice. As a solo female traveler, I complied to avoid unnecessary conflict, though I felt uncomfortable. I would not recommend this service/company for solo female travelers.
From the moment I booked our airport transfer to our hotel, Susana was in contact with me. The day before we took off she was in contact via what’s app with directions and a picture of our pick up spot at the airport. It was effortless.
