Best experience ever especially for anyone with limited time and/or mobility issues. Loved it all!!! Alexandra was so knowledgeable and professional-she and Zoltan our driver made sure we had a fantastic time and were so accommodating to my my husband’s mobility issues helping with his walker, finding comfortable places for him to rest while she and I explored further. It was an excellent day and I can’t recommend this dynamic duo enough. They were kind accommodating and so very knowledgeable about Hungarian History. On top of having a wonderful day we really learned a lot!! Best experience ever-we cannot recommend this enough!!
This was the most informative and relaxing tour . Our tour guide was very flexible with what we wanted to see. Her knowledge was amazing . The day flew by ! You could tell she was a local by the way she navigated the bus , train and trams. We enjoyed her company and wished we could do more with her.
Excellent tour! We covered a lot in one day. Our guide, Zoli, was kind, knowledgeable and fun to be with. As a highly experienced guide, he planned out a perfect day. He catered to our needs, provided options, and allowed us to set the pace. He taught us a lot about the history, culture, and took us to experience our first chimney cake! Ask for Zoli if you are looking for the best!
An experience not to be missed. Our guide Zoli and driver Tomas were incredible! Zoli’s knowledge, experience and enthusiasm made our Budapest experience outstanding. We experienced the Buda and Pest sides in a way we could never have done on our own.
From the first moment to the last with Zoli, our group of 4 were catered for perfectly. Friendly, informative, tuned in to Welsh humour but above all, Zoli went at a pace to suit us and made adjustments to suit where we had already visited. The tour was very comprehensive, full of local information and tips. We all wished that Zoli had been the guide on all of our tours. Well done and Thank you.

Perfect private tour of Budapest! Monika was an amazing tour guide. Born and raised in Budapest she does an excellent job of navigating both the Buda and Pest sides to see all the major attractions and you can alter the tour as you feel. I would recommend her for anyone. She will meet you at your place and guide you from there. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fun.

We had the best day with Monika and got to see everything of significance on both sides of the city. She knew her way around, highlighted landmarks and had a great timing to avoid crowds. We had a child with us and Monika was incredibly accommodating, patient, and engaging with all of us. This tour was definitely worthwhile and we'd highly recommend it.

Excellent tour. We were only in Budapest for one full day and wanted to see all we could. Our guide was Zsoka and she did a wonderful job. We began our tour at 9:00 am when Zsoka met us at our hotel. We walked a lot, used much of Budapest’s excellent public transportation, saw beautiful churches and buildings, learned much of the county’s history and finished up about 5:30. An excellent use of our limited time in the city.
Alexandra was excellent. She helped us understand how to navigate through town for the rest of our trip. She provided historical information about the many beautiful building, churches and landmarks. She helped us understand what it is to live here as a local. She is warm friendly and knowledgeable. She took us to delicious places with local food when we needed to eat. She even provided dinner recommendations for tonight. It was the best tour thanks to Alexandra
This is a full day walking tour that covers many highlights of Budapest and covers a lot of ground. We travelled by bus, tram, and metro to get around the city. We walked several miles (18,000 steps on health app) so you need to have some stamina. Our guide Beata was excellent with perfect fluency in English. She was very informative with a large fund of knowledge about the sites and history of the city. We also learned about life in current day Hungary. We were happy to have her as our guide. We visited so many sites - see itinerary list. We did have a welcome lunch stop at the Strudel House, an excellent choice for local food. We were tired at the end of the day but satisfied to see so many great sites. Highly recommended but you need some energy.
Zoli was our guide and he was great! We did the full day walking tour and he balanced the walking with taking trams and the subway. Throughout the whole tour he was non stop with narratives of the different attractions we were seeing. I would highly recommend him and this tour.

Orsi was our guide & was wonderful. She grew up here & shared lots of history & fun facts. We did the walking & public transport version. Completed around 15,000 steps & used the metro subway, a bus & tram. Had a nice Hungarian lunch. I don't think we missed any of the major highlights of Budapest & lots of extras too. Highly recommend!

Our Guide Susannah is HIGHLY recommended. She grew up in Budapest and had tremendous local knowledge. She was able to tell us many stories about the history of Budapest that were fascinating. She also spoke English fluently, and was a delightful person. It was 105 degrees on out tour, and she made sure we were in the shade, and using public transportation to maximize our sightseeing. Out of a scale of 1 to 10 we rate her a 12!!
This was a full day walking tour using local transportation like the underground, train and bus. Very extensive tour of many of the local sites.
Krisztina Teplan was our guide. She was without question the best tour guide we have ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the very complicated history of Budapest. We saw so much of the city with her on trams, buses and trains. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Fantastic!!!!!

Our day spent with our excellent guide, Zoli, was beyond our expectation. I’m not sure what we expected of Budapest, but it was an exceptional day. The city is beautiful! Rich in history, architecture, and culture. Zoli was born and raised in Budapest and was able to share his experiences and insight that brought meaning to everything we encountered. Zoli was flexible to our interests and pace - always being mindful to ensure our comfort along the day. We saw all of the important sites and enjoyed the additional info Zoli provided. We had a Hungarian lunch at an outdoor cafe on a tree-lined street, which was perfect. We felt relaxed and in awe of all we accomplished in our time with Zoli. It was the BEST day of our time in Budapest and so worth it. Thanks, Zoli!
The best way to cover Budapest. Our family took this tour in a 30 plus Celsius (90 plus F) heat. We were melting on the streets but Alexandra drew us in with her passion and knowledge for history. My 2 teenagers were less than enthusiastic about walking for 7 hours but they clicked with Alexandra and had a blast. We were able to see Budapest up close , walk little streets , see and use public transport and mix with locals. Alexandra was so accommodating, waiting for my son to run thru sprinklers! She was reliable and easy to communicate with before the tour. Highly recommended!!! Thank you !!
This private tour is worth every penny! Our tour guide Alexandra was amazing. We were able to customize our tour to our preferences! She was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of landmarks we visited. She was able to easily answer all our questions. She made our day spent walking and using public transportation as a day we will always remember! Thank you!! 😊
Excellent tour of key sites in Budapest. Guide picked me up at hotel which was highly appreciated. She was high class - a comprehensive knowledge of Budapest's culture and history.

Alexandra was an amazing guide. She was so knowledgable about Budapest and Hungary. She had so many interesting details about each building we went in. Robert, our driver was always there to pick us up and he was a safe driver. Very pleasant day!
Our guide, Dominik, was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions we had; he also knew the city well so we spent little time wondering where to go and how to get there. He knew the best routes and public transport to take to save time and money. If we wanted to see something that was not on the itinerary Dominik made it happen. *****
Excellent tour of Budapest. Our tour guide Zoli was great and showed us everything we needed to know about the major attractions and took us to a couple out of the way gems. Highly recommended.
