This was a great tour. It covered a lot of different places that we would have never been able to cover on our own. Plus our guides knowledge of everything that we saw was just really in depth and interesting. I'd highly recommend the tour.

Super efficient at getting around the city and an absolute master at knowing where to find perfect parking spots for the best pictures and access to the major sites. Gabor gave me a fabulous tour of Budapest which included many things that I would not have seen on a regular tour. He is an excellent and safe driver and has very good knowledge of the culture and history of Budapest. He has been doing this for over 25+ years! so he’s good. He’s very flexible if you have any specific things you particularly want to see and gets you up close to all the major attractions. Which, on an extremely hot day, was very much appreciated. I highly recommend him. It was definitely worthwhile. Gabor was punctual and his Mercedes was in immaculate condition. Well done Gabor.

Viator subcontracts with local guides. We booked very early morning for a tour later that same morning. Viator sent a confirmation email and vouchers for our tour but the guide never showed. The local tour place wasn’t even open to receive the request until I called (45 minutes past the start of the tour time). Had to get a refund and book elsewhere. Trying to get customer service was a ridiculous runaround! Do not recommend!

Gabriel was extremely attentive and easy to communicate with. Our tour was in English and he was fluent. We requested to focus on heroes square and we were shown that and more. It was a seamless and easily personalized experience. Gabriel also was flexible with pickup as we were doing this tour while staying on a river cruise ship which changed dock locations overnight. Communication was via WhatsApp and simple. Definitely recommend.

Clean newer Mercedes sedan, parking privileges all over the city, so no waiting around or parking issues. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic tour of Budapest with Gabriel! He is a great driver and superb historian and story teller. In the middle of winter we were able to see and understand the whole city in the comfort of a nice limousine, without freezing to death and walking too much. We took this private tour to cover all the attractions in Budapest within 3 hour for my family. Guide himself who was driving and explaining all the historical behind the many of the attractions that we visited. He is very knowledgeable. Gave plenty of times where we need to got down from the car to must see the Castle and Heroes Square. He gave clear guidance and instructions where we were covering in walk and when to meet back. He also took us to one of the oldest market area that was running for many centuries with lot of history behind it. Really loved this tour. Definitely recommend this private tour if you want to cover Castle district without much walk where big tour buses can't take you there.

When we met, our fine guide, Gabriel (Gabor) first asked us what we wanted to see. He has a set tour, but tried to include places and sights that were important for us to see. And he did so very successfully. The car was extremely comfortable, with bottles of water as it was a hot, humid day. He is very knowledgeable and gave us the history of places he took us to see and the historical background. It was an extremely pleasurable tour of Busapest on both sides of the Danube. I highly recommend this tour with Gabor and viatours.

Garbo picked us & our luggage up at our hotel . At the end of our tour he dropped us off at our river cruise boat. In between he gave us an excellent tour of Budapest.

Our guide picked us up from the train station and had a sign with our names on it waiting for us. We did not tell them of our itinerary ahead of time just that we were taking the train. So our excursion started right away vs. waiting at train station for the scheduled time. Fantastic! Our guide was very helpful in choosing the locations to visit in Budapest, had a great knowledge of the city, and was very pleasant. He gave us a great suggestion at the end instead of waiting at the train station for an hour too. Definitely recommend this tour!
