The audio tours were great, but I forgot my ear buds so I couldn't hear it. Luckily, my husband could hear it through his hearing aids so he filled me in. The basilica was breathtaking.
This ticket is quite expensive compared to purchasing directly from the parliament website and St. Stephen’s Basilica, however, it was our only opportunity to tour parliament as all the tickets were sold out otherwise. It was worth the cost to us to be able to tour the parliament building while we were in Budapest. The company was helpful when I entry time had to be shifted due to other events taking place at the parliament building.
The Basilica and Parliament Building were amazing. But the private tour was terribly over-priced! First, our guide, Susan, changed our time and meeting place. When we met up with her she was informative, but very grumpy. She didn’t want to answer many of our questions, and was only with us for less than 1.5 hours. We know that the almost $500 price tag included the tickets to both locations, but it still very pricey for such a short time with the guide.

This was a fascinating tour filled with the stories of the history and architecture of this lovely and fascinating place. We enjoyed Marta’s vast knowledge and insights, and she brought the city alive for us, which we greatly appreciated.
Although it was expensive to visit the Houses of Parliament, it’s a very impressive building with a beautiful interior, the basilica was a much cheaper option it was equally as impressive, a beautiful interior with a great viewing gallery.
This was an excellent value. The guide met us at Parliament & helped us get the tickets as well as the tickets for the Basilica.Parliament is absolutely spectacular. The audio guide was very good. (Approx 45 min) We walked on our own to the Basilica - a nice walk through beautiful streets. We downloaded the audio guide and enjoyed the descriptions. Highly recommend this package purchase.
Organisation was confusing. We thought we had tickets, with arrival instructions, but then received a last-minute unexpected WhatsApp message from an unknown number (which I nearly deleted as suspected spam!) changing the arrangements and requiring us to collect new tickets.

Fantastic private solo tour of St. Stephen's Cathedral with Martha! She was lovely, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. I took on the challenge of climbing all 364 stairs to the panoramic terrace (I'm sure Martha won't forget that!), and the views were absolutely worth it. Martha made the experience feel tailor-made just for me. 5 stars—don't hesitate to book!

I think the Parliament Building is one of the most beautiful in the world. I wanted to see it. St. Stephen’s Basilica is phenomenal inside as well. I enjoyed the access!

Great tour, everything was organized meeting instructions,tour itself. Perfect way to get tickets to the Parliament even in the last minute. We all got an audioguide inside, we had lot of time on the tour to look around, building was so impressive. The skip the line basilica ticket was a must to avoid the long queue, Panoramic view from the top was amazing.
Awesome tour!! Martha our guide was the best!! She was so knowledgable! We were able to ask so many questions that she knew all the answers to. I learned so much. I wish it had been longer! It was also easy that she managed all the tickets and ques so we didn’t have to. The view from the basilica was incredible. Learning about all the art and statues and architecture was amazing. Highly recommend!

Scam. They do not have their own staff. I booked this trip for parents expecting there is their staff who are going to help you. I just got infos how to get tickets on a regular office. They booked wrong tickets (for non eu persons and I checked eu persons when booking). There is no their staff at either location.
Dalia was an outstanding tour guide. She was punctual, extremely knowledgable, and pleasant. Dalia speaks perfect English and had lots of useful information and advice.
We enjoyed the visit to the parliament and the boat trip a lot. Everything was very well organized. Unfortunately our tickets for the parlament on friday were canceled due to a special session of the parliamentand but our great organizer Susana managed that we got tickets for sunday. On the boat was enough space for everybody, the atmosphere was relaxed and the service was excellent. We highly recommend the Combo ticket.
Susan our guide was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable. The tour of the church was lovely and Susan was very informative. Afterwards Susan walked us to the parliament building and provided excellent commentary along the way. I did Not realize that the parliament tour was via audio guide provided by the venue and that is a structured tour. Susan did not go in with us to the parliament building and guests should be aware that the private tour ends there.

This was a perfect day! We had only 2 days in Budapest and we wanted to make the most of it. The Parliament building is a must , and all the tickets were sold out. We were so happy to find this company to have availability to see it. We got great instructions from the beginning from the operator. The audioguided tour was very informative and well organized. The Saint Stephen Basilica was only a short walk from the Parliament building. We could see there the treasury and the Panoramic terrace, which was a great plus! Highly recommended!

Clear and timely information, which allowed me to perfectly reach the sites to visit, the meeting points, everything particular that there was to know, and accompanied by indicative and precise photos.
The parliament is magnificent. It is super well organized. There is a maximum number of people per 15-minute slot and the timing is respected. Well-made audio guide. There is also a cloakroom. I was just surprised the day before by Viator, which sent me the final tickets and moved my time up to 10:15 AM instead of 11:00 AM. This was due to an event at the parliament. I found that a bit strange because I didn't see anything special.

The 2 must-sees to absolutely do in Budapest. The parliament is a monument as incredible on the inside as it is on the outside. Same for St. Stephen's Basilica with, in the end, a 360-degree panorama accessible by stairs or elevator.

Beautiful visit, but I give it a rating of 3 considering the price.... A beautiful scam compared to the prices on site... only to be taken if you want to visit the parliament and there are no more spots available elsewhere!
The tour of the parliament with the audio guide was very informative and interesting. Seeing the magnificent building was an absolute highlight. The visit to St. Stephen's Basilica with the tower climb was unforgettable.
