Budapest Original Ruin Pub Crawl Including 5 Shots

I signed up for this crawl on my birthday when I was travelling solo, cos I thought why not have a fun night with a bunch of strangers. Unfortunately the tour was cancelled. That would nothave been a problem at all, if I didn't only learn about it after getting ready for it and waiting at the meeting point. Only there I was approached by a person from the crawl who then told me it was cancelled and offered to safe the locations of the planned bars in my phone so i could do the crawl by myself. This was past 9pm and I would have loved to know about it in the afternoon because my whole entire day would've looked a lot different. I was seriously put off by this - I think there should be a cut off time in the afternoon where everyone know is it happening or not. This was just sad. I did write an E-Mail and got the money back - but honestly I would not risk this again.

This wasn't what we expected. They say 5 ruin bars but we went to only 1.. we left after the 4th. The first two were generic bars and not ruin bars at all.. that was disappointing. But Ali(Ahmed) was nice and the people we were on the tour with were fun so the night was not bad... but not what we were expecting.

Had a great time! The group was small but the atmosphere was really fun and we explored some cool bars. Dharam was super friendly and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. Definitely a fun night in Budapest!

Dharam is a great guy. He is fun to talk to and very infromative. Took us to 4 bars and a club. We even found time to play pool. Danced till morning. It was a thoroughly enjoyable night. Highly recommended.

My man Dharam painted the perfect picture. I was on my own, expected a lot of people and we were just with 4 guys. But he painted art because he made the best out of the situation and performed the perfect painting as a night for us. Totally would recommend.

The first bar was dead and we stayed there way too long, could've spent the time in other more fun places.

I had Ahmed as a tour guide, he was a great leider made sure we all stayed togethor really well. But most importantly he added a great vibe to the entire crawl, great dancing and very nice to talke too.

This was great!!! Worth your money because you get about 4 shots. Ahmed was my guide great guy!!!

Do not book this tour if you are expecting to see ruin bars. We went on this tour with quite a large group. The first bar was just an ordinary sports bar. The second and third bars were not much different although they were very busy. At no point did we see a ruin bar? We left the tour, in disappointment before the last bar. I suspect they take some groups to ruin bars during less busy times, but on Friday and Saturday nights they only take you to less packed ordinary bars. Also the included ‘shots’ were not alcohol. Waste of money.

Came with a stag party. Had a great time and met some good people who were also on the bar crawl. Jenny and Sagar great hosts and showed us some great bars with free shots along the way. Recommended 👌

We went on this tour last night for my hen do and had an amazing night. Jen, Soni & Ali were great hosts and a great laugh. Would definitely reccomend 🙌

First of all, the guide “Sagar” he is amazing; No doubt. He made sure we are having fun’ 🥰 We noticed something in la sasieta there were some Pubcrawls, they were having Tiquala shots and we were served with juices there. Also Their prices are little reasonable compared to this tour and they were around 40 people there with the same activity as we had. Thanks to Sagar for the fun Night! 🥰

Best pub crawl in my life. Best guide ever. Phillip took the lead and had us all have one of the best nights of our life. Worst bar crawl I’ve ever been on. Starts at a generic pub that reminds me of a Burger King. The other stops also seemed like less desirable bars this tour aims to fill. The bar crawl lead though was super sweet and hospitable. Feel bad he has to work for this crap tour.

We had a fantastic time on the ruin bar crawl with Sagar! He took us to great places with different vibes, dance floors, and music, so the night was fun and varied. Sagar was an excellent guide — friendly, attentive, and always checking that everyone was having a good time. He even stayed with us after the tour ended to show us around the dance club, which really made the experience feel personal. Highly recommended if you want a fun, well-organized, and genuinely enjoyable night out in Budapest.

Awesome night out in Budapest! I felt me like in a dream all night long. The bars were all very unique and fun! We couldn’t imagine a better guide then filip he was very helpful and gave us some amazing recommendations in town for food and also a thermal baths

Me and my friends joined the pub crowl last night and it was such a memorable experience here in Budapest. Our guide, Philip was really friendly, helpful and he always cared about our comfort. He was also great company and we gained some new friends too. Not to mention that he even recomended must try drinks at some of the better bars. Most places were autentic and the atmosphere of them were cool except Salvatore becasuse that one was a bit avarage. My favourite one was the Füge bar and despite the fact that it was very crowded near the center of it, it was multicultural and I liked the selection of dancefloors. The 4th bar was awsome, people were dacing on the table, the music was perfect, we had so much fun. Thank you for the night! ✌🏻

Golsa was such a great tour guide and so much fun. We had a blast at the 4 venues we visited. Our favorite was La Siesta, where you can dance on the bar and the bartenders are having as much fun as the customers. Golsa was great company and such a sweetheart. Loved it!

I joined the pub crawl in Budapest last night and everything went perfectly. The atmosphere was great, the group was fun, and I ended up meeting some really amazing people. Our guide, Golsa, was truly exceptional extremely friendly, energetic, and very professional. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The route was well-planned, each bar had its own vibe, and the whole evening felt well-organized and genuinely fun. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.

This was not about ruin bars nor was it a tour. It was a bar crawl and only one bar was a ruin bar. We visited 3 bars and a night club. We got a free slot in each place. The guides did add any commentary. There were 40 people on our tour and the two guides focused on getting us from bar to bar and getting us our free shot. Everybody was interested in meeting their fellow travelers - great for single travelers looking for company to go to the bars.

This was a great tour! Golsa was an amazing guide who showed me all the best spots. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to see some of Budapest’s night life!
