Suzanna was our guide for the day. What a wonderful person she is. She is so informative and extremely caring. This is a great tour with her and highly recommended. My wife was not well so Zsusanna helped us find a doctor who could speak English and also took us to the pharmacy. We then continued the tour. Her help and understanding was exceptional.
Dominic provided an educational, funny, descriptive history lesson while showing us a few of the major sights in the city. He also navigated our group of ten through the metro and in a bus! It was a terrific tour.
Our tour guide Bea was a wealth of knowledge. Our mothers were born in Hungary and she answered a lot of our questions. The tour covered a lot of ground and we learned a lot about the city. Would highly recommend this tour to get to know the city.
Budapest is a beautiful, grand city with impressive architecture and plenty to explore. Walking around feels like stepping into history, and there’s no shortage of sights, food, or atmosphere. However, security cameras are extremely visible and widespread, which can feel distracting and a bit uncomfortable, especially when you’re trying to relax on vacation. It doesn’t completely ruin the experience, but it’s something sensitive visitors should be aware of.
Diana was really lovely and very knowledgeable. We were lucky to have just myself and husband on the tour. Very enjoyable
This walking tour was very relaxed and informative. Our guide, Dominic had a great sense of humor and his English skills were excellent. He loves his city and was able to share that joy with us. He gave us options for making our way across town.
Best tour ever! Dominik was extremely knowledgeable of all the attractions and even went out of his way to share information about other landmarks throughout the city as we walked to each attraction. He explained everything very well and we were very engaged throughout the tour. Would 100% choose this experience again!
We loved our tour! Our guide was very informative and we got a to cover a lot of sights and history. We were lucky to be the only two people on the tour!
Naomi was excellent! Born and raised in Hungary and understood the history. We enjoyed getting to know Budapest, seeing St Stephen Basilica, waking by parliament, over the chain bridge , through Buda Castle and ending by the church of our lady. It help us figure-out where we wanted to spend more time the following day.
Fantastic tour led by Bea! Informative, friendly - a great experience- highly recommend. Very reasonably priced.
Joel our guide was ready and waiting at the meeting point. Unfortunately it rained continuously during our tour, however, Joel did a great job of keeping us engaged and interested in the soggy weather. He was very knowledgeable and we feel that in 3 hours we had a great overview of Bud & Pest
This was an outstanding tour and I can’t imagine getting a better orientation. Our guide was Dalia who grew up here and not only knows the facts and figures, but what it was like growing up during the Cold War.
Really great time walking around Budapest. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Recommend. Beautiful city.
We had a fantastic time with our guide today, her name was noemi bodiss and she was great. Her English was amazing and she knew all the best places to go and gave us so much information. We found she was so lovely and really looked after us. It was our first time in Budapest and we got to see so much, thank you so much. A fantastic tour with a wonderful tour guide, would definitely recommend 😃
Great overview of the city hitting a good blend of history, sights and culture. Kaitlin was a pleasure.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and we really appreciated the extra information she shared on the tour regarding the various cakes and local sculptor. I would definitely recommend this.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Budapest with Dalia today. She quickly altered the planned tour route when we shared with her that we needed to catch an earlier flight. Her knowledge of the history of the area was exceptional and she pointed out so many details that we would have never discovered on our own. I highly recommend!!
Our tour guide was Andrew (Andras). He was clearly a very intelligent and knowledgeable man with a wealth of experience. As he grew up in Budapest he has seen, first hand the changes over time and was able to share his experiences with us. He spoke excellent English and we had a very personal experience as it turned out to be a private tour with just my friend and I. The history and sights were amazing and we saw and learned so much about this beautiful city in our 3.5 hours with him. We wish we could have stayed longer! Well worth doing. Would highly recommend. Do buy the 24 hr travel pass from the purple and white ticket machines for £5 each 2500 HUF as you can use it on all modes of transport. The public transport is incredibly efficient and easy to use.
This tour was a great introduction to Budapest on our first day in the city. Our guide, Naomi, was very informative and brought us to both the Buda and Pest sides of the Danube. She was very knowledgable about Hungarian history and culture. Highly recommend this tour.
Last August I participated for two hours walking tours in Pest and Buda. I learned lot of the city, its history and also many funny details of local habits. I enjoyed also relaxed atmosphere in both tours. Thanks a lot Adam.
It was a good experience specialy with Noemie , she was so professionnal taking here time and xas so cultivated Noemie fait le gude en Français elle est compètente et professionnelle merci Noémie
Our guide, Noemi was absolutely brilliant! She was very comprehensive with her tour and her explanations. She never rushed us and ensured that the entire day was enjoyable and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed her guided tour. Thanks a lot Noemi! Highly recommended!

A disappointment! I wish that we had done the free tour instead. Although our guide was a kind person, I could neither understand her nor did she do anything other than reel off dates as fast as possible. We ended up cutting the tour short because it was a frustrating experience. It had great potential with only my daughter and I on the tour but sadly it was a disappointment.

We basically had a private tour as there were no other vacationers. Tour was excellent. Learned a lot about Buda and Pest. Tour guide was terrific

Vera, an exceptional guide, in the 3 hours she was with us, explained the history of Budapest and Hungary with a great passion and wisdom. We were lucky that he could speak a perfect Portuguese, so, through all the places we passed we understood the history of the country. I highly recommend
We are back in France after a wonderful stay in Budapest. Thank you very much Noémi for your guided tour of the castle and its surroundings! We very much appreciated that you shared your historical, cultural and linguistic knowledge of your beautiful capital and will not fail to return:)
