We stayed at the hotel as a family of two adults and three children for 5 days in a 3-bedroom apartment, and the experience was simply outstanding.
The apartment was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. All the rooms are fully air-conditioned (a huge plus!). Housekeeping was provided every two days, keeping the place spotless.
The location of the apartment is excellent and very convenient for getting around. We enjoyed every single moment and highly recommend it for families
The Check-In process was very quick...perhaps a little too quick. We simply arrived and were given our keycards and directions to the appartments.
The apartment itself is clean, tidy & comfy. Kitchenette has everything you would need.
Upon arriving I contacted via WhatsApp about air con not working/turning on. The reply was quick which was good and we were informed that this only works when building owner allows. Typically between June & September as per the listing. I hadnt noticed this at the time of booking and eventually found this detail burried away in the "Important Details" section.
The kitchen window of our apartment didnt have a blind or curtain to stop light coming in. A problem at night which could be easily fixed.
Also would've liked to know after Checking In that I would receive an email with various details about the apartment, such as exterior security gate access code, WiFi details etc.
The apartment is located in a unique 'gallery' style building complex. Finding the exact unit can be a bit tricky at first, but the staff is very responsive in the chat and helped me out quickly.
The room was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent and the overall concept is great.
The only downside was the noise. My windows faced a busy street, and since the room was quite stuffy and the AC was turned off for the winter season, I had to keep the windows open. This meant constant street noise, even at night.
Overall, a nice stay, but light sleepers might want to request a courtyard-facing room.
Just stayed there in january 2026, this is a perfect place for young adults who are travelling i don’t think it would be best for family’s. It is in an ideal location as there is transport near and also it’s in the city centre. The apartment was exceptional and everything we would have wanted. There was a coffee machine which is great. It was left very clean also. The arrival was difficult at first as check in is only available online via email. There is a reception with a nice man working too if you need help. Easy check in and check is great. I do highly reccomend this apartment to anyone travelling to budapest for adults or groups of friends. I will be back 10/10

I rated it 8/10 because of the apartment amenities and the perfect location, which really is excellent.
However, the way the parking fee is presented on Booking.com is misleading.
Although the information about the €30 per day parking fee is technically mentioned, it is not clearly visible during the booking process and is easy to miss. The main listing simply shows that parking is available, which strongly suggests that it is included.
We paid €120 for two nights, and then an additional €60 for parking, which is a very significant extra cost. This creates a false impression of the total price and can easily mislead guests.
Booking.com should ensure that such high additional fees are clearly and prominently displayed before confirmation, not hidden in secondary details. Greater transparency is needed so guests can make an informed decision.
