The hotel is a living organism, and I believe it is very important to recognise and reward employees for their good work, as they are the people who truly make a difference to the hospitality experience! 🙏🏼 A big thank you to George at the reception, who was informative, polite, calm and always willing to help. 🙏🏼 Warm congratulations also to Lili, who works in breakfast service. Her behaviour was exceptional! Her positive attitude and genuine care make the start of the day a pleasant experience. I also noticed how detail-oriented she is, which is a quality that truly deserves recognition! [[ -Unfortunately, another gentleman working at the reception would do well to follow their example, as his behaviour was, for the most part, unprofessional ]] Regarding the room , we booked a Superior room, which was spacious and featured a lovely design with beautiful indirect lighting. 🧹 Cleanliness was only average! The floor had quite a lot of hair and dust. The same issue remained after the service, when the bed linen was changed, but the floor was not vacuumed or even given a quick clean with a Swiffer, despite being an easy to clean surface ~ 🛏️ I believe that the bed linen should reflect a greater sense of care and freshness. It is in need of renewal!! Naturally, all expected amenities should also be provided, without any omissions ~ 💆🏻‍♀️ Although we chose this particular hotel because it offers spa & massage but is closed due to renovation work. So, maybe next time ! For now , only the swimming pool is available ~ 🐾 Being PetFriendly is definitely a plus. This hotel recommended for people who wants quiet, fresh air, good food and relax. The spa provides towels, robes, and slippers. There is also an outdoor pool heated to 30 degrees . Also jacuzzi with view, inside pool with massage streams and waterfall, Sauna, breakfast inside or outside with stunning view of forest and fresh air. Especially suitable for families with children, you can take a walk around the hotel in a small forest, and there are also facilities for children and play areas. The staff is very helpful and courteous, answering every request with a smile. Smart TV Big rooms Unforgettable experience!

This is a very nice hotel. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is beautiful, well designed, and has a lot of space. The rooms are cosy, comfortable, and have everything you need. The only thing we missed was blackout curtains, as the room got quite bright early in the morning. There’s plenty to do, with a wellness area, a swimming pool, several playgrounds, and lots of nice places to relax. It’s a great choice for families with kids. The restaurant was very good, and the breakfasts were one of the highlights. The selection was decent, and everything was fresh and really tasty.

Generally, the hotel is ok, but value for money ratio is quite bad and it's definitely not a four star hotel. The location actually seems quite nice if you want something in the quieter area around Budapest. But, and there are a few buts: The walls a super thin - you hear EVERYTHING that's going on in the hallway, in the rooms next to you or above you, and outside of the hotel. There were school groups staying which seems to be a usual thing at this hotel if you read the other reviews, and we can confirm it's super loud when they leave at 7am in the mornings for their day trips. So dont expect relaxed mornings. The bed is honestly the worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. It's so low on the ground, super hard and just overall uncomfortable. Also, the advertised "king size" beds (180cm or more) were merely 150cm wide. We asked if we got a wrong room because we specifically booked the bigger bed option, but we were ensured that there's only one bed size. The size of the room is ok, but the layout makes it unnecessarily uncomfortable - all in all (noise, bed, and general room features) easily one of the most uncomfortable hotel rooms I ever stayed in. Breakfast is actually ok. Quick refills and a good selection of things. A little low on the fresh fruit side I'd say, but plenty of veggies! The hotel restaurant was unfortunately closed which is not quite inconvenient as you need a car to reach any other restaurant. But we were at least informed shortly before our stay.
