The hotel was located on a quiet street. Early check-in was not possible. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, but the room was never cleaned even once. On the last day, the cleaning lady came to the door at 8:45 AM. We asked if she could come back in about an hour because we were getting ready for the day. She said that was fine, but she never came back. We had to ask reception for toilet paper twice, and we therefore did not receive any fresh bed linen or towels. Very poor. In my opinion, the people behind the reception desk downstairs are unhappy with their jobs. They look so grumpy… apparently even a friendly “good morning” is too much to ask. Although the apartment itself was perfectly fine, we will not be booking here again.

We stayed at this hotel from August 10th to August 21st. We arrived late at night around 12:30 AM and the reception was open, making our check-in process very smooth, quick, and welcoming. However, we were charged a €100 security deposit upon check-in, which has still not been refunded. The apartment itself was very spacious, comfortable, and well-located, but severe cleanliness issues really ruined our experience. Upon arrival, we noticed cobwebs in the corners of the walls and ceiling. We were told cleaning is provided once every 3 days, but even that barely happened and I constantly had to request basic housekeeping. At one point, I even asked if I could get supplies to clean the room myself, but my request was completely ignored. On a positive note, Valeria at reception was absolute perfection—always smiling, extremely helpful, and constantly going above and beyond to try to assist us. It’s a shame because the room is great and Valeria’s service was top-tier, but the poor level of housekeeping seriously dragged down our stay.

We arrived around 11 pm and there was no reception after 10 pm so we had to enter the room by ourselves. That was not a problem. However when we got inside there were spiders in the corner and all the sheets on our bed were covered with hair. Unfortunately we had to sleep like that that night. The next day I told reception about it. The person acted surprised and said they would take care of it right away. The sheets were changed but nothing was done about the spiders. The house was very spacious and comfortable but there were serious problems with cleanliness. The washing machine was also broken and caused some trouble because it did not work. Other than that we did not have another major problem.

We stayed here in July 2025 for a week (only getting round to the review haha) and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you team for accommodating us. We were really worried as our flight was a night one, and landed late, so were worried about check in. Nothing to worry about! 🤣 there was always someone at the desk 24/7 who buzzed us into the building. The location is one of the best things about this place for sure - most days we'd walk to Andrassy Ut and get the Opera subway (really accessible!). The surrounding places for breakfast were great and really handy to just fall out of bed and walk there (recommend Jokenyer Pekseg & Ket Szerecsen the most). The rooms were huge and very clean. In our flat we had a kitchen, dining area, living room and separate bedroom. The bathroom was also very clean and also has a washing machine if you're staying long time. The views out of our room were of the lovely street below and it wasn't loud at all at night (which was especially welcome, due to it being in the party district area lol). But where this place is, cars aren't allowed to come down the road! So it worked out great for noise remaining very low! We also hired a car for 2 days, and their underground parking was great, so thank you! Seriously a great place and location if you are visiting Budapest. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
