Radisson Hotel Budapest Budapart

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. Everything was great! The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the service was friendly and welcoming. One thing we especially appreciated is that the hotel provides filtered drinking water directly in the rooms, so there is no need to keep buying bottled water during your stay, which is very convenient. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is my second time coming to Radisson BudaPart and we had again a great experience! The hotel is clean, very well equipped, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Absolute Disaster – Avoid This Hotel! I am beyond appalled by my stay at Radisson Budapest. For a 4-star hotel, this place is a total joke and barely deserves 1 star. To start with, there is no drinking water provided. If you want water, you are expected to take a carafe from your room, go all the way down to level 0, and fill it up from a dispenser—which wasn't even working! When I asked the receptionist for water, he rudely told us to just drink tap water and stated they don't offer bottled water at all. To make matters worse, none of the hotel’s dining options or bars were open. There was no food available anywhere on the property, and you couldn't even buy a simple cup of coffee. Absolutely nobody warned us about any of these severe restrictions when we booked. The entire hotel felt completely abandoned. The only staff member present in the whole building was the receptionist. This was a nightmare experience and a complete disappointment. Never again!

After reading some of the reviews, I think it’s time to share our own experience. The hotel is not actually located in the city center, but I believe this is clear in the time of booking. There is an excellent connection of a public transport with several options to reach all parts of the city, and the nearest stop is just about 300 meters from the hotel. It took about 10 minutes to reach Szecheniyi thermal baths. You can really feel the genuine desire of the staff to make everything pleasant for their guests. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again. I was especially surprised that, since we had an early departure, a takeaway breakfast was prepared for us. Everything was neatly and thoughtfully packed — such a kind and considerate gesture. Thank you for the warm hospitality, we will definitely come back again!
