Pullman Budapest

Very nice and well maintained hotel with clean, spacious rooms. The room was quiet, with no noticeable noise from other guests or the surrounding area. The breakfast was fresh and offered plenty of choice with good quality products. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The only small point for improvement is that the elevators can get quite warm due to the digital advertising screen inside.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful service, wonderful location... Location: The hotel is in a great location, easily walkable to and from the main centre/along the Danube. It was slightly off the Danube, meaning we could also walk to the Zoo for example. The area is safe and had plenty in the immediate vicinity, such as a Spar supermarket, bars and restaurants. Rooms: A great size for this close to the centre - and I dare to say, one of the best decorated and maintained rooms I've stayed in. Bed was comfortable, all needed amenities and all wrapped in modern style. Staff/Service: The hotel staff were all amazingly friendly, helpful and professional. On arrival, the Reception team were so kind and helpful, making sure we were checked in, sorted and knew where was good to go in the city. There was a young blonde gentleman who checked us in and he was great. Also a shout out to Arpi and Barbi, who were very helpful during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Food: I'm usually a bit picky when it comes to hotel food and breakfast - but it was fantastic here, a great service, lovely dining space and plenty of choice, all at good quality. Overall, would definitely recommend and will be staying here again when returning to Budapest.

We stayed at Pullman Budapest and had a mixed experience. No opening windows. Very little amount of the room facing the street most of the rooms facing “garden” The biggest issue was the sound insulation. The walls seemed very thin — we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room. The check in time seems very strict here, they barely do early check in. Suggest that you can provide early check in once you have the room ready and reduce the 3 pm hassle for your front desk. We arrived around 1 pm so we went out for a nice lunch and come back 2:50 pm. But we saw a group of angry family said that they landed 4am and didn’t get a room until 1:30pm. Once you have a clean room you can definitely provide it to the family who need it. On the positive side, the room was very clean. The towels were fresh and comfortable, and the bed was very pleasant. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room. The service during the day was good. The staff members we met were friendly and genuinely seemed to try their best to help guests. However, after around 10 PM, the service attitude felt noticeably more relaxed and less attentive compared with the daytime team. Overall, the hotel has many strengths, especially cleanliness and comfortable bedding, but improving sound insulation and maintaining consistent service quality throughout the day would greatly improve the guest experience.

I stayed at Pullman Budapest as part of the Porsche Experience and had a great stay. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. A special mention to the front office staff, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. Their excellent service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again. Their breakfast selection was also very good.
