Positive 1 + Negative 1 = 0 I was able to check in without difficulty, although the woman at the tiny reception desk was somewhat haughty. The whole process felt a little like being a sardine being processed. The room itself was clean when I opened the door, and I always check accommodation carefully. The room also had a wonderful runged, electrically heated clothes dryer, which was particularly useful during my one-week stay. The kitchenette was sparse but adequate, and the cleaners did a good job. Unfortunately, there was one major problem that completely undermined the otherwise positive aspects of the accommodation: the mattresses on the two narrow single beds were absolutely terrible and should have been replaced a long time ago. The two single beds were positioned against different walls, and both mattresses sagged badly in the middle. They had deteriorated to the point where I was almost lying directly on the wooden base. When I turned the mattresses over and reversed them end-to-end, I was immediately struck by how light and cheap they felt. This only reinforced my impression that they were very low-quality mattresses that had simply reached the end of their useful life. Accommodation providers really need to pay attention to the quality of their mattresses. In my view, the bed is one of the most important aspects of any hotel or apartment. A clean room and good housekeeping mean very little if you cannot get a decent night's sleep. Unfortunately, the terrible condition of these mattresses negated virtually all of the positive aspects of this accommodation for me.

I usually don’t leave reviews or take the time to write them, but in this case, I really wanted to share my experience. For the same price, we had the opportunity to stay in two different hotels in Budapest, and the difference was absolutely incredible. Compared to the previous hotel, this one felt like a completely different level of service — truly like night and day. This hotel provides everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. From slippers and shampoo to conditioner and all the little essentials, everything was included and thoughtfully prepared. Even having complimentary water in the fridge was a very nice touch. It was clear that the hotel pays attention to details and genuinely cares about guests’ comfort. After my previous experience, where the room was in poor condition, there was no proper air conditioning (only an old fan), and the overall atmosphere was disappointing, this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you for the excellent service, attention to detail, and the comfortable stay. The location was also great, with a fantastic bar nearby, which made the experience even better.

I got the cheapest room, it was great, very clean, daily service. There are spiders outside, I kept the windows closed during my 3 nights stay and none entered. Luggage storage can be accessed by anyone with the code to the lobby, maybe make it accessible with the room key instead & log entries?

The location is super good. The rooms are okay for the price but you can hear every noise from the aisle and from the room next to you. You can leave the luggage in a room downstairs but no one will check them. It did not look safe.
