Mamaison Hotel Andrassy Budapest

We loved our stay at the Mamaison Andrassy Hotel. We were there for five nights on our first visit to Budapest and were greatly satisfied. The room was spacious with a balcony which made it even better with the open feel. The street was beautiful, the location was phenomenal, walking distance to heroes square and city park, and many other places. It was also right next to the metro station for easy access to other areas. The staff was very helpful the entire time. Daniel at the front desk was super friendly and so helpful, Monica at the restaurant was so sweet, and Jennifer the bartender was wonderful and went above and beyond every time we needed something, needed suggestions, etc. She had a wonderful attitude and was so friendly. The whole staff was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 😊

Nice hotel with clean spacious rooms. They are a bit worn, and could use a check up. The location is nicely located to city park, but you need to walk quite a bit for the cozy cafes closer to city center. The service was good, but I have never before heard about paying for refills on the coffee station

Fabulous hotel. Great style,comfort excellent service and such a beautiful location. Restaurant on the Garden Terrace is very atmospheric and lush planting. New breakast room is excellent, great style and good choices of food.

Front counter staff not really friendly. Stay here 3 days 2 nights, hang the sign for housekeeping at 8am before I left the hotel, back at 4pm , nothing was done. Called the front counter , claimed will see what they can do at this hour. I mean the service is definitely not worth the money. No more second time for this hotel if I ever come to Budapest again.
