Overall, this is a good hotel. It was clean, the description matched what we found, the rooms were modern and up to date, and the location was excellent for exploring the area. While the property does show some signs of wear, everything was well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was heavily impacted by the other guests. Because the hotel is very affordable, it seemed to attract a lot of student groups and young people partying. On 3 of our 4 nights, we were woken up around 11 p.m. by loud groups shouting and running through the hallways as they left for the night, and then again between 3 and 4 a.m. when they returned, often clearly intoxicated and making even more noise. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but it was frustrating that so many guests had so little respect for others trying to sleep. If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel in a great location and don't mind the possibility of late-night noise, this is a solid choice. However, if you're a light sleeper or hoping for quiet nights, be aware that your experience may depend heavily on who else is staying there.
We absolutely loved it! After several visits to Budapest staying at different hotels, this is definitely the one we will return to. The location is excellent, with superb public transport accessibility (just a 2-minute walk from the 100E airport express bus stop). The rooms are spacious and very clean, the beds are comfortable, and we loved the retro design of the shower. The breakfast served on-site is good, rich, and relatively varied. The only thing we found a bit strange is that at night, the air conditioning system switches to central control, so if you want to turn it on or off, you have to call the front desk. The price was extremely attractive—we paid around €230 for a double room for two nights during a weekend in July. The quality offered by the hotel is very high, and the value for money is truly unbeatable.
This hotel has seen better days. We stayed at the Eurostar Thalia in Prague and it was wonderful but this hotel is run down with very limited services. The location is ok if you can find your way out of the surrounding very run down area. As an added benefit there is construction in the area that begins at 6 AM sharp.
A Perfect 6-Day Stay in the Heart of the City! We spent 6 incredible days at this hotel, and it was the perfect choice for our trip. The location is unbeatable—close to everything and right in the center of all the action. The staff at the reception were professional, welcoming, and highly attentive to our needs. After long days of walking and exploring the city, coming back to our stunning room felt like returning to a safe, clean, and organized sanctuary. The cleaning services were top-notch, and we always had hot water and a spotless room waiting for us. Staying here with my partner was a highlight of our trip. If you’re looking for a professional service and a high-standard stay, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
