An absolute gem in the heart of Budapest! The Eurostars Ambassador offers a superb central location right near public transit. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety. The gym and sauna facilities are also a great bonus. Above all, the team here provides outstanding customer service they went above and beyond for us, even handing out umbrellas on a rainy day. Highly recommend!
We had a very pleasant stay at the Ambassador Hotel. The food was delicious and offered a great variety, and the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The room It certainly cannot be defined as a 4-star hotel, it lacks basic things that are in every hotel room, even a 2-star one. The room is very clean. There is no coffee machine, there is a kettle with a few tea bags. For 250 euros, the customer expects the minimum, an excellent breakfast.The experience is really not worth the money. At this price, there are much better options in Bodpeshat. I must say that the staff was kind and helpful.
A very good hotel located on a quiet street in the city center. One of its advantages is a private parking area, available for €18 per day, which is very convenient when traveling by car. The breakfast was good and offered a nice selection of food. We stayed in a room facing the inner courtyard, which made it exceptionally quiet. We could even sleep with the window open and enjoy the fresh night air, which was an added bonus. The staff is customer-oriented, friendly, and always willing to help. Their professional attitude contributed greatly to a pleasant stay. The only minor issue was that the shower mixer did not work perfectly. However, this did not affect our overall positive impression of the hotel or our trip to Budapest. If we visit Budapest again, we will definitely consider staying at this hotel once more.

The team at the reception was polite, professional, and extremely helpful with everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A standout highlight of our trip was celebrating my birthday there; the hotel kindly surprised us by sending a bottle of champagne and fresh fruits to our room, which my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch! The amenities were top-notch as well. The staff at the bar provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet was high quality with plenty of delicious options to start the day. To top it all off, they generously granted us a late check-out, which made our departure stress-free and smooth. The location is also unbeatable, practically right on Andrássy Avenue, making it incredibly convenient and close to absolutely everything. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back!
