Emerald Hotel

I would like to strongly recommend choosing Emerald Hotel and Suites. It's an absolutely amazing place. Everything starts with professional, responsive, and engaged personnel who represent the highest standards of customer care. They are always ready to provide proper answers, find necessary solutions, and respond in a timely manner. Additionally, the hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. In your room, you can find, e.g., a Nespresso coffee machine, a place to wash dishes, bath cosmetics, bathrobes, and blinds. The food choice for breakfast will allow everyone to find something delicious, like local products, standard European options, lemonade, a pancake machine!, and a juicer for fresh juices. The location is very good, as it's just a short walk from all the main attractions and offers easy access to public transport like the metro, trams, buses, and river cruises. One great advantage is the coffee machine and water dispenser, which are available all the time in the lobby. It's a good place for families with children. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone who is searching for a great experience during their stay in Budapest.

Great hotel qoth amazing value for the price. Good rooms. Lovely breakfast. I really loved the coffe at the lobby. The only 2 things i had an issue with : 1. The bad is to soft and you can feel every move of your partner. 2. No water bottles or towels at the gym. The location is great, 5 minutes from the bus station. 2 minutes from the shopping street. A Starbucks next to the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The decoration is beautiful and the whole place has a lot of charm. Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, with a lovely view of the church. The mattress was great too, we slept really well. We especially liked the little courtyard between the hotel and the church. It was a really nice spot for breakfast, and also in the evening for a drink after a long day walking around Budapest. The location is perfect, right in the centre, but still very quiet at night. The free coffee and tea available at any time was a lovely touch. The hotel also has a sauna and a gym, which is always a plus. Thank you to Frank and his colleague in the bar/restaurant, and also to Greta, Julia and Juñczi at reception, who helped us with the booking and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back.

The hotel is perfectly placed in the centre of Budapest, very near the Danube. The building is impeccably decorated and very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large and comfortable. It is a modern hotel, either newly built of newly decorated. The breakfast is excellent with a great choice and variety of food. Most importantly, the service was faultless. All staff, throughout the hotel, impressed us with their responsiveness, efficientcy and manners. The only slight complaint I have is that the single duvets on the beds were rather small. I would thoroughly recomend the Emerald.
