Castle Apartments Budapest

Fantastic location and probably the best view in Budapest. The apartment is luxurious, very comfortable, and highly recommended. The only reason for not giving a perfect score is the communication style. From the beginning, there was a strong focus on rules, restrictions, and potential penalties, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable despite being respectful guests. When we accidentally triggered the alarm while trying to turn on the air conditioning, we were immediately asked why we had touched it because it was not our property. We understand that there may have been issues with previous guests, but for responsible guests, a little more trust and a more relaxed approach would make the stay feel much more welcoming. Other than that, the apartment itself is excellent.

The view is absolutely breathtaking — you can enjoy the city in all its beauty right from your window. We were warmly welcomed, made to feel right at home, and the host was always kind and helpful throughout our stay. Everything about the apartment was perfect, from the cozy atmosphere to the little details that made it special!

Had to cancel the reservation last minute as owner informed us rather late that they would increased the price of our stay due to the number of guests staying at the property. This was not clearly stated at their website and were not promoted as such while booking. Disappointed!!
