The hotel is extremely beautiful and gorgeous..lovely interior..I specifically want to mention Sarshar who has been very courteous and supportive. He helped us in everything..Franscisca and Hamza are also very cooperative. Usama also been very helpful. All the staff smiling and well behaved. I will recommend 100%
Had a fantastic experience at aurea ana hotel last month. Rooms were spacious and clean and staff was very accommodating. Also the breakfast is outstanding! We had an issue with our door not locking and management was quick to give us a room upgrade and free airport transfer for our inconvenience. Definitely worthy of their 5 star status. Will definitely book back if I we visit budapest in the future!
My whole visit to Budapest was memorable because of the amazing staff, especially Zubair, who ensured all our needs were taken care of. We were also granted a room upgrade to make up for a terrible incident that took place at the train station the moment we landed in Budapest. The location of the hotel is amazing, with a train station nearby. The room itself made our stay extremely lovely. If I ever go back to Budapest, it would simply be to experience Zubair's hospitality and the mesmerising room again.
we stayed here for 2 nights and it was incredible. The hotel is amazing and so the installations but the best part was the service. We really want to say thanks a lot to Usama (I think is his name) and the other guy on the main entrance helping us with the door and the luggage (I don’t know his name sorry!), they were super nice and helpful to us so thank you again! If we come back to Budapest we will repeat this hotel for sure!

This was my third time staying at the Áurea Ana Palace Hotel in Budapest, and as someone who tries to choose this brand in every city I visit—having recently stayed at their Lisbon property as well—I am consistently impressed. What makes this brand stand out for me is the perfect blend of historical atmosphere and the unique, thoughtful concepts each hotel offers. It truly provides a distinct experience every time. However, I must highlight that our stay in Budapest was made significantly more memorable thanks to *Mr. İlkin** at the reception. His professionalism, helpfulness, and genuinely cheerful attitude were outstanding. He ensured that we left the hotel more than satisfied, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A huge thank you to Mr. İlkin and the entire team for their hospitality. I look forward to my next stay!
