Jaros was an excellent guide. So much interesting info. He was tourist focused, polite, helpful and, in general, a pleasure to spend the day with. I wish there was a listing of his tours. He far surpasses your average tour guide. Thank you. Jaros for making Antwerp and Ghent memorable.
offer a perfect blend of charm and culture with scenic can also historic architecture and vibrant atmosphere an unforgettable experience for every travelers.
A lot of walking. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes. Our tour overall was ok. Antonio and Sandra decided the group in two. I thought Antonio knowledge is A+ but his connection seems a bit dry.
Excellent guide, always on time and kindness and nice historic information Also very good itinerary . Many thanks
Bus was lovely - towns were amazing g . Your guide abysmal. Meeting point confusing - walked 20 mins to actual bus - no seat for one of our party . Lots of chaos and delay - when we got to Brugge - despite extra time delay - no one was allowed to go to the toilet but told to wait u tik end of tour - we had a child with us and an elderly gentleman and others who then missed the tour as Pablo would not wait to let them catch up - would also not tell us the meeting point for the return so that some could have a coffee and not hold up the rest of the party at Ghent . Pablo’s responses were arrogant , argumentative and unhelpful .
The trip and tour guide was wonderful. Getting to the bus was about 1 mile uphill. This was at 9am. That part was not impressive.
My partner and I did the tour and were both pleasantly surprised by our well run and easy the tour was. Salva, our guide, had a great understanding of the cities we visited and organised our large group well. The trip was well worth the money and a great way to see these cities

We enjoyed this day trip a lot. It was pretty long and tiresome but very interesting. Bruges is so beautiful, our guide was very kind. We loved this journey.

The best part of the tour was the guide Nicolás!!! He has an incredible accent, is very funny, and explains things very well without boring you. Totally recommended!!!!
Very good excursion, you make the most of the time
It is a good experience given that the places visited are of great beauty and of much historical interest.
Today we had an excursion to Bruges and Ghent. The bus was from Buendía Tours, driven by Luz. The guides were Patricia, Gabriel, and another one who joined us on the way back; he came from Antwerp. I want to give them the highest rating for their work and their friendliness.
It is a recommended excursion if you have little time in Brussels and want to visit both cities.
Everything was excellent, Gaby (our guide) is very charismatic, is very knowledgeable, and is very witty, which makes the trip more fun. Excellent driver and we had enough time in the beautiful cities of Bruges and Ghent
The guide Antonio is great. The guide Patricia speaks very fast, she couldn't understand what she was talking about.
It is good, just that there is no time; they close at five in the afternoon at all places, the guide was very good.
We really liked the service and explanations from Estela, who was our guide. Everything was made very pleasant and fun. It is an experience that one must have when traveling to Brussels.
Irene is a great expert, and the activity was appropriate, but the bus had too many people. I would repeat the experience but by splitting the activity.
Interesting cities, rather fast pace of visit but useful the two breaks. Beautiful and punctual buses. The guide did not take on our little problem, namely that we had to join an excursion in Spanish since all the others were sold out (and we were actually hoping to understand better). Having lost all the explanations, we asked but in vain if she could give us an extreme summary in the moments of break , she also got nervous when we asked to repeat in English at least the times and places of the appointments.
Very good excursion. Beautiful places. The guide in Spanish Eduardo, excellent. Knowledgeable and attentive to inquiries and comments from passengers. It was all on schedule as planned. All right, drivers and other guides. I recommend
I really liked the experience, but explanations from the guide Nico showed his knowledge about the city and his explanations were clear. The bus conditions were ideal and it was always punctual at pick-up points
We made two excursions one to Bruges (Lucia) and Ghent (John) and the truth of 10 can not ask for more explanations and recommendations very well if you come to Belgium do not hesitate to contact this agency
The day did not accompany much with the rain but the activity has been very good. Of particular note is the attention of the guides. I was in transport with two groups, both in English and Spanish, so there were two guides, Antonio a boy di Belgica who but spoke perfectly both English and Spanish, and Juan who was our guide, a super charming Spanish boy and extremely prepared in his own. It has been a pleasure to hear you explain the story but above all many interesting anecdotes. With guides so prepared and friendly it is a pleasure and a pleasure to participate and meet new places. I would repeat with them surely.
Excellent GUIOMARA guide very ready and active, always attentive to everything. All right, Pascal driver.
Beautiful both Gant and Bruges too bad that there were so many people to enjoy them more you should go in non-holiday periods
It was great! Martha, the guide made the excursion and all the history he told us to know the corners of Bruges and Ghent very enjoyable and fun! Repeat without a doubt!
Incredible experience, Davinia and Gabi were wonderful people who made our visit very enjoyable. I'd choose them again a thousand times.
It is a charming and extremely beautiful city I found in its square an excellent free tour guide. I work in tourism and I must say that q is one of the best in guided in Spanish. His name is Eduardo Merida and if you want to hire I leave your mobile +32 465 42 33 97esoero be of help guide in Brussels and Bruges. Don’t forget to climb the cathedral tower with great affection are 300 steps that are well worth the view of all Bruges.
Excelente passeio! agradou toda a família! amamos a Bélgica!
beautiful everything!! Both cities seem like out of a story!! The very friendly guide and its explanations were very clear. Very comfortable mic. Everything as expected.
Excellent guides!!! Everything was Perfect, the truck impeccable and the driver excellent... the historical information very interesting
Cumpriu o que prometeu. Deu tudo certo.
Bruges seems like a fairy tale, it is beautiful and thanks to the recommendation of our guide Edu, who provides excellent information, his advice to visit the church that protects the relic of the blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ was invaluable! Ghent is stunningly beautiful. Edu is a great guide! I congratulate him and recommend him!
We chose this agency to avoid moving on our own and it was a great success. Punctual and very friendly staff. The wireless system allows you to follow the guide's comments and take photos as you walk. The only downside is that they were battery-powered, they should already have rechargeable batteries.
The visit was incredible, Gio, our guide, made it very enjoyable and explained everything great. In the morning we visited Bruges, we had some free time to take photos and after eating, we headed to Ghent. Everything was on time, as planned. Highly recommended.
The excursion was good but there was disorder and lack of information at the meeting place before starting. We had to ask each group to find out what your excursion was.
It was great to see two cities in a single day. I would spend more time in Bruges, but I say that personally, because I liked it there more. But Ghent is cool, and it's worth seeing both cities in one day.
Unfortunately the day wasn't the best, a freezing wind and heavy snow. The guide, very young, speaks English quickly, so if you don't have a good command of the language, don't even take this tour. The guide spends a long (too) long time talking about things, which are mostly not very fascinating. In both Bruges and Ghent the guide leaves you 1.5 hours free to visit whatever you want. Ask for the meeting point and the exact time, because they don't expect anyone. The supplied radio is of little use, to hear you have to stay a maximum of 3 meters from the guide otherwise it has too much interference. I recommend it only to people who have more than 3 days to stay in Brussels otherwise there is no reason to do it.
The visit to Ghent and Bruges by Estela were fun and unforgettable experiences. He explains with great respect, clarity, passion and closeness the history of every corner, building and square of cities that are already beautiful, but with his explanation, come to life and a special sense. It makes you time travel, it excites you and makes you laugh equally. Without a doubt, our visit to Ghent and Bruges would not have been the same at all if we had not been lucky enough to bump into Stela.
Nice excursion, our Omaima Guide explained the curiosities of each corner and helped us to cool off a very hot day in Bruges and Ghent, work of 10!!
The guide was a very cool girl, but unfortunately she doesn't have time to get to know much, reaching witches like gloves, the guide comes down with us and gives us a tour, the truth I talk a couple of interesting things but it extended a lot talking, so when you finish you get free time only 1 hour (of which only to return to the bus take 20 minutes) that is in 40 minutes you only give time to go back to places that saw to take the photo and eat something fast (like potatoes and waffles). In gloves we got about 75 minutes and how it is smaller we could walk a little more and have a beer and snack! Based on this we the next day returned alone by train to witches and then to Ghent and have been able to get to know very well with plenty of time! If you have time I recommend going to both cities one day each! But take a full day and start early in witches and then you go to gloves and come back at night (the Last train leaves at midnight)
Unique and spectacular experience. Esthela is super friendly, dedicated, and well enthusiastic when it comes to explaining the whole history of the places we visit.
Recomendado
