Angela did a wonderful job. She was on-time, knowledgeable, friendly, and insightful. She did a wonderful job showing us the unique beauty and history in Brussels. I would recommend this to my friends. Excellent experience from the start to the finish.

La Grand-Place, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Brussels, Belgium, is a stunning square that captivates with its architectural marvels. Encircled by opulent guildhalls, the Town Hall, and the King's House, this iconic square dates back to the 15th century. La Grand-Place serves as a vibrant hub for cultural events, flower carpet displays, and a backdrop for the lively atmosphere of Brussels' daily life. Immerse yourself in the beauty of this historic square, where the blend of Gothic, Baroque, and Louis XIV styles creates a timeless and enchanting spectacle.
Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert, nestled in the heart of Brussels, is a majestic shopping arcade that exudes elegance and charm. Established in 1847, it is one of the world's oldest shopping galleries. With its ornate glass roof, intricate architecture, and a refined selection of boutiques, chocolatiers, and theaters, Les Galeries Royales offers a delightful blend of history and luxury.
The Brussels Stock Exchange, known as Bourse de Bruxelles, stands as a symbol of financial history and architectural grandeur. Established in the mid-19th century, this neoclassical masterpiece embodies the city's economic legacy. The building's impressive facade and Corinthian columns draw the eye, showcasing a harmonious blend of commerce and culture. Today, the Stock Exchange continues to be a hub of financial activity, and its iconic presence contributes to the dynamic allure of Brussels' cityscape.
The Royal Palace of Brussels, a regal masterpiece nestled atop the bustling city, stands as a symbol of Belgian monarchy. Built in the neoclassical style in the early 20th century, the palace boasts an imposing facade and beautifully landscaped gardens. While serving as the official residence of the Belgian monarch, it also plays a central role in state affairs and ceremonial functions. The Royal Palace, with its majestic allure, invites visitors to admire its architectural splendor and witness a glimpse of Belgium's royal heritage.
The Éverard t'Serclaes Monument in Brussels pays homage to a medieval hero and symbolizes the resilience of the city. Erected near the Grand-Place, this statue commemorates the bravery of Éverard t'Serclaes, who defended Brussels in the 14th century. Legend has it that touching the monument brings good fortune, and the worn-out appearance of the statue reflects the countless hands that have sought solace and luck through this tangible piece of history. It stands as a silent witness to the enduring spirit of Brussels and the indomitable courage of its people.

Tour guide was late. We left. We tried to contact Viator in real time (as we are obviously not given the tour guides contacts), no response. No one was there, all the other tour guides in the area left and still no one. We get a call 5 minutes later (we were already halfway back to the hotel) from the guide wondering were we were. Neither the guide nor Viator would refund our money. The guide was never there, she lied to Viator. AVOID THIS TOUR AT ALL COSTS!!!
Loyanne was our guide and provided an amazing and informative tour. She showed us some hidden gems of Brussels that we never would have thought of. Highly recommend her.
Excellent tour but the best part was our guide. She did an outstanding job and was very personable! We had a great time!
Lo was amazing! Took us on a very personalized private tour around the city. We even had an impromptu photo shoot in front of the city gardens when we told her we were trying to get dating profile pictures! She went above and beyond and we had an amazing time and saw all the highlights of the city.
This was a lovely walking tour of Brussels with a very knowledgeable guide. It took in all the important sites. There is quite a lot of walking for older participants but it is conducted at a leisurely pace. Can recommend this tour.
I went to the meeting place in front of Starbucks. No one was there. Later that day I received an email from Viator for a refund. Why it was canceled is a mystery. A sad waste of a mor.
1. Tour guide, tho lovely, did not arrive until nearly 10:00 such that we almost left to join free tour marked by visible red umbrella 2. Tour guide, tho knowledgeable, deferred to tour group for sites to be seen and yet, all 4 of us were new to Brussels and didn’t really know. In a larger group, it likely would have been chaos 3. We booked a 2-hour tour which our guide exceeded by over 1/2 hour which was problematic for our scheduling 4. Lastly, tour ended in a different place than where we started
Cesarina was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable and would recommend every time!
Cesarina did a great job of explaining the history and the meaning about different building and monuments around Brussels! Enjoyed our tour :)
Amazing value for money - we ended up touring for 2.5 hours, and the guide was so friendly and knowledgable. We had a fantastic morning!
Tarik was wonderful!!! He was Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this tour!!!
We never found the tour. Another company tour guide was helping us try to find the tour guide but we were still unsuccessful. We were in front of the Starbucks at the grand plaza and in the correct place and even the other tour company verified we were at the stated meeting location.
Cesarina was an excellent guide. The tour was well paced and as I was the only participant she asked about my interests and knowledge about Brussels before taking me to interesting sites around the city. I enjoyed the tour very much.
A wonderful overview of the city and history. Cesrina is a lovely, engaging guide! We started in Grand Place learning the history of the guilds/buildings and then explored further, stopping at many sites and human interest spots throughout the city. I highly recommend this tour! Cesrina went above and beyond!
A lovely 2 hour walk around Brussels with Cesarina. The tour was well paced and Cesarina was very knowledgeable about the history of the places of interest she was showing me. Definitely recommend.
Tarek showed up during heavy rain and was a great guide. He knew his history well and answered all our questions.
Fantastic tour with Cesarina! She went above and beyond taking us to historical areas and giving us indepth info as well as human interest sites. She is a wonderful communicator and very personable. We had a lovely time. We highly recommend this tour and Cesarina!
Guide was Cesarina. Very informative, well-paced, and adaptable. Great way to explore and experience Brussels while learning about the interesting history and architecture.
Cesarina was an excellent guide. She took us to many interesting spots and shared a lot about the local history, the architecture and the region in general. At 2+ hours, I felt the tour was well worth the money. Be sure to wear good walking shoes. Thank you, Cesarina.
Serena was knowledgeable about Brussels history and area. We had a few hours during connecting flights and this was a great way to get familiar with the city in a few hours.
We had a fabulous, informative and eye opening walking tour around Brussels with Serafina. We saw so many things we would never have known about or found on our own. Serafina has a great knowledge of European history and Belgium's place in it as well as an extensive knowledge of many of the interesting sites around Brussels. A great tour and well worth doing at the start of your trip to Brussels to help plan the rest of your time here. We were really appreciative of the way Serafina adapted the tour to work around some very wet weather and made sure we still had a great time.
Great I review of the heart of old town Brussels. Easy pace, yet saw many of the sites that visitors need to see.
Our guide was nice but not particularly knowledgeable. She was just learning so she could not give us much information beyond what she had memorized.
Our guide walked in the front of the group talking as he went and we couldn’t hear him. We didn’t receive very much useful information.
I have done many walking tours and this was by far the worst. The guide had almost no knowledge of the area and when questions were asked she seemed to make up answers. This walking tour was horrible and I would like a refund. The "guide" should not be doing this tour
Guide provided very good information-I enjoyed being with him in Brussels. Thank you for spending the time with me even though I was the only one!
Our guide was polite but was not native and it showed. He did not introduce himself and our group were the only people on the tour along with a person learning how to be a guide. He just gave general information about the stops. We walked in and out of the square multiple times. It felt at times we had to push him to the next stop.
I had an amazing time at this tour! It was a good vibe and also learned a lot about the center of Brussels. The tour guide was Rosh and she is such a vibrant source of knowledge! 10/10 recommend
Really enjoyable experience. Our guide Tareq was very informative and kind. If you want to see Brussels , this would be the best tour for you.
Our tour guide was very nice, but has only been in Brussels 2 years and clearly was not that familiar. He was reading the map and at one point had it backwards.
Our guide N. was very friendly; however, she didn’t appear to be very familiar with the city’s history. She also had to check the route on Google Maps several times and relied on reading from her notes. We expected a professional guide who is familiar with the city’s history and the architectural details of its most famous buildings, not someone who has only lived there for a few years—especially since the website also offered a ‘tour guided by a local’ for €3, compared to €35 per person (which is the amount we paid) on the platform.
The fee is affordable. The walk is long enough (2 hours) for me to see all famous destinations, without being too tired. It’s a warm cosy experience, the staffs are friendly and welcoming. The size of the group is normally small. It was not a rainy day so we enjoyed walking together. The atmosphere is harmonized. The best part is the staff listening to customers and willing to answer questions and debate about it. It makes the experience active.
This was a great idea, very nice and knowledgable guide
Walling tour is a great way to quickly learn way around the city. Rosh was super pleasant and very informative. We hit all the highlights plus some gems!
Great tour to see the whole city! Our guide Tom was very informative, friendly, and we had a great time! I definitely recommend booking to get a deeper look into the city and things you would normally just pass by. The team made it simple to find our guide Tom amongst all the other large tours which normally can be the most stressful part. You will not be disappointed, book it!
I had the tour with Tom, who took us around the city centre, we started and finished up in Grande Place, which was really helpful to get my bearings. I have been to Brussels several times before, but I learned so much on this tour. Tom added lots of little anecdotes about the corners of the city hidden in plain sight - you could really see the passion and it added a lot of excitement for me. It was also fascinating to get a local’s perspective of the city, Tom showed us interesting third spaces in the centre, gave personal anecdotes that really builds a connection between you and the city. I didn’t expect to see Brussels in such a new light, bravo Tom!!
I am giving this tour one star only because the guide was pleasant; otherwise, it felt like a waste of money. During our visit, we also booked a full-day bus trip to Bruges and Ghent from Brussels for only €10 more per person, which offered far greater value. This walking tour consisted mainly of the guide pointing out buildings and landmarks, with little historical depth, storytelling, or any meaningful “local insider” perspective. We could have easily replicated the experience on our own using Google or ChatGPT to plan a walking route. Overall, the tour was underwhelming—save your money for a more engaging experience or souvenirs instead.
Hajar was an excellent guide & we learned a lot & had fun. She also took note of our interests & tailored the tour to our family’s interests. Highly recommend.
The guide was very knowledgeable. She gave suggestions on places to eat as we passed places on the tour.
On my first visit to Brussels, I booked this tour, and it was the best decision I made. Together with our guide, we explored this beautiful city, admiring its architecture and learning about its history. My conclusion is that Brussels is underrated and should be as popular a destination as Paris or Vienna.
Quite surprising to be amazed by the 2:10 minutes very affordable walking tour about Amsterdam. Raymond provided great interesting stories and history about the city. Would recommend for anyone who’s first time visiting the city. 5 stars!
This tour provided a good overview of the historic center of Brussels. It was a nice orientation for further exploration on your own. She made several good recommendations for authentic chocolate, waffles and meals. We enjoyed all of them after the tour. Lunch at Chez Leon was excellent. Best mussels!
Majib brought us in 2 hours to the most significant sights of the city. He did a great job in explaining the most important bits. Comment about Viator: should have left more detailed instructions about the meeting point! There were like 20 groups meeting there at the same time.
This was a really great tour, we didn’t have much time in Brussels and wanted to see as much as possible. Asefeh was lovely, very knowledgeable with great humour added in. This tour is a must for anyone looking to see as much as possible in a fantastic city.
Our guide was excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fun. She showed us key city highlights and we would use her expertise again.
Had a great tour with Hajar as our guide. She met us at our hotel since we were near the Grand Place and took us all over to so many more places than mentioned on the itinerary. She was very knowledgeable and knew a lot of call facts in history, art, and local culture. Had a good time like hanging out with family. Took some fabulous pictures of us as well in the right places and at right angles. I definitely recommend her as a tour guide.
Our guide was fantastic! She filled the 2- hour tour with the history and culture of Brussels. We got a list of places to eat dinner and fries, and find beer and chocolate. We really appreciated here time.
Asegeh was absolutely amazing!!!! We loved all of her knowledge and the way she planned out the entire tour to the minute! I HIGHLY suggest her tour to everyone visiting Brussels! She made our trip!!!!
I recommend this tour for the start of your trip in Brussels. Our tour guide provided many great facts and tips about the area that we would not have picked up on our own. It also gave us a good idea on how to navigate the city by ourselves.
