Brussels Pub Crawl - Nightlife & Party Experience

It's a good way to experience the city at night, connect with new people in a safe environment especially as a solo female traveler. I'm not a huge drinker now so it was less about the pub nights and more about the social scene. Obviously still be alert but be as open to the experience. You'll have a guide but you'll have plenty of time to socialize on your own at the range of stops.

It might be better to go Thursday through Saturday. I went on a Wednesday and the last bar was closed that night so we stopped at 3 places instead. Still very enjoyable.

The 2 organisers on the evening were great. Very welcoming and friendly. There was a good variation of people attending. The problem I have is that we were mis-sold on one element of the night which ended up costing me 20 euros extra. We were advised/promised discounts in each bar. In the last bar, this was not true and the lack of discount meant I paid 20 euro more than expected for our group. This was quite frustrating and left a bitter feeling at the end of the night.

Fantastic. The guides did a great job hearding us around! Alot of fun way to meet people and see the city.

We showed up to The Unusual and were greeted by Jonathan with a big smile and a shot. He did a great job of bringing everyone together and getting us comfortable, a hard feat for a small group of 7. After playing a pair of games to get us going, and sending the youngest to the bathroom (don’t worry, he rallied like a champ), we headed out to explore. He introduced us to a quaint little bar that was perfect. The owner was wonderful and the shots amazing. We played more games and quickly became friends, laughing and imbibing happily. Our next stop was a great outdoor spot, and we were blessed with overlapping our crawl with the World Cup game featuring Belgium. Talk about nailing the night. The atmosphere was epic and we got to see a great side of Brussels. We finished up at a karaoke bar and we all got in on the good times, singing and dancing and drinking another fantastic shot. After a while Jonathan dipped and said goodbye, but we’ll all stayed on for far longer, enjoying new friendships and drinks. This was the best decision to make. Apparently, on the weekend crawls, the group size is upwards of 40 and you’ll go to different bars and have different experiences, and we’ll be back to try that as it sounds insane. Cheers!

It was a fun time. Our host Jonathan was cool and the vibes mostly were cool. The shots were okay but the bars themselves were fire.

This was not a pub crawl but rather a millennial jam session. After over 1.5 hours at the first location without any movement from our guide in our future we left and forfeited the rest of the experience. I was expecting to be at each place 30/45 minutes tops. The first place we met at was not only completely crowded, there had been no place set aside for this group by the tour company or guide and it was such a hipster scene that it felt like we should be holding hands and singing Kumbaya. Definitely not the lively pub crawl that I was anticipating.

Didn’t know what to expect. Went on it solo because I was in Brussels alone on a layover for a night. Got to meet friendly people. Free drinks. See a few bars and walk around a bit. Highly recommend.

There is drinking involved. Dann, our guide was engaging and entertaining. It’s a good way to explore Brussels in a different capacity

We had so much fun! The leader of fun, Dana ensured the group had fun and was safe. Meeting new friends from different places was another highlight of the night. Be ready to laugh, sing, dance, drink, make new friends and have fun.

Great experience! I went on a Thursday so there was a handful of us. We started out as strangers but ended with us feeling like reconnecting old friends. Great discounts, great venues, and perfect for solo traverlers.

Moses gave the best tour pub crawl i’ve ever been on. He gave us a fantastic time and i’ve simply never been on as fun of an experience as this man gave us. I would fully recommend waiting until you got Moses as your spiritual lead, We fell in love.

I loved it, I came solo to Brussels and I met some really fun people and we were out until 3 am. It’s so worth it highly recommend and this was all on a Wednesday night

Good fun. It was affordable, but I came for beer, not shots of fruity booze. So, it would be nice to include more than 1 beer

Amazing night especially on a Monday night. Our tour guide isabelle was so friendly and really enjoyed the fun with us all. Great way to make new friends and would highly recommend

Moses was a cool guy and great guide/singer. I would recommend having him as your guide. The crawl is for all. Things start off a bit slow but they certainly pick up

The concept is good and it was 4 bars over the night and a free beer at the first bar and shots at the next three bars. We only got to 2 bars before leaving. The bars were empty and not mouth atmosphere…….but the reason for one star. At the second bar I bought two beers for €5 each a total of €10. When paying the bartender hid the amount and as I tapped my card I went on tiptoes and saw €15 on the machine. He saw I saw it and handed me a receipt saying €10. Concerned I checked my online banking and they had charged me €15. I complained and they refunded the €5. I was very concerned that I was handed a receipt saying €10. So basically fraud. But to make it worse the first bar I bought two small draft beers for €7 and I looked at that one at my online banking and the barman had charged me €10 (and he hid the card machine amount when I tapped my card) given it happened at the first two bars we opted to leave and not go to the remaining two bars. Felt like a scam and I can’t understand how trip advisor are promoting this on their app. I would avoid OR if you do go make sure you see the amount before taping your card. They must have assumed we were all stupid drunk tourists……Kerching €€€

José was an amazing host and made sure that everyone had a great time, would highly recommend to anyone even if you are solo or with friends, just a really fun night that felt safe and well organised without leaving anyone behind! Already booked for the next night!

Meeting new people! The bars are all cool 1st bar very pretty! Mostly younger crowd.40 below but still fun.

This was not a pub tour. The first bar was playing very loud Latin music. It is a bar tour and likely fun if that's what you're into, but not a "pub" tour.

Totally worth it. So much fun, a great way to meet other tourists, and have an amazing night! Definitely for people who enjoy partying and bar hopping. We went to 3 bars and ended at a nightclub, each bar offered a free shot/ beer for members of the tour. We stayed at the club for a while before going back to the first bar to end our night. Our tour guides were Dora and Hakan. They both were very aware of the tour guests and even made sure one guest was Ubered home so that she would not walk by herself back to her hostel (solo traveler). We couldn't have enjoyed this more, shoutout to Dora and Hakan for showing us a great time!

So much fun!!!!!! So many different types of people and really good locations. The guides were really friendly and the clubs / pubs were really good too. You have to try it out.

It was very lovely to meet other travelers as a solo traveler. I’m not much of a beer drinker but they also had beer of other flavors and nice shots which I enjoyed. Hakan (our guide) made sure he walked me back to my hotel even though his shift was over which was very kind. Definitely worth the money paid.

I booked this tour on my first night (May 2) of 6 nights in brussels to get a feel of the city with a group. We had 26 in our group, the tour was great for meeting other likeminded people looking for a fun night (20s to early 30s) but fun for any age. Our guide was fun watched over the group took us to four different bars, last bar had karaoke. Tour offically ended at the 4th bar "not where the tour starts in the grand palace as advertised" at 1:30 am so prepare if you have a early morning Do this tour, it was fun; tour runs every night so if you liked it you can do it again
