Excellent guide (Robin ) who showed us many places to explore in more detail so that we're looking forward to our next visit to Brussels. The bikes were in good condition and we had a great time.

The weather was brutal as it was downpouring throughout the tour and the event operator should have asked us to reschedule. We even ended the tour 75 min + early b/c of the wether. Be advised that the meeting point is located in the metro station not at the corner, as described by your confirmation email. The true blessing was our tour guide Bruno. He was awesome and made the tour worthwhile with his knowledge and compassion. He even let us use his ebike b/c one of the ebikes left by the event operator was broken. I recommend Bruno but I'm 50/50 on Cities by Bike.
The tour was amazing. It rained almost the whole time, but Robin made it so much fun. I never imagined the guide would be so enthusiastic or as sympathetic as he was. He speaks english very well and clearly. He showed us several sights, told us many historical facts and jokes, took the time to take our pictures and answer all my questions (which were many). We went in for a bike tour and left with two friends. The city is beautiful and the tour includes many green parks which was a plus for us. LGBT friendly and we recommend taking the electric bikes because it's a long ride with lots of ups and downs. It's a great choice if you have limited time in the city, we only had a day and felt like we were able to see a lot more than by ourselves. If you can only choose one thing to do there, it's this tour. We thank Cities By Bike and Robin for this amazing take on Brussels.
Bike tour is the best way to discover the central of Brussels but you have to be fit to do so Other wise you can ask the guide to provide you with electric bike
Our guide Robyn was enthusiastic and knowledgable. If you want a bike tour that takes you off the beaten track and shows you a wide variety of what the city has to offer beyond the tourist highlights (although they are included) hen this is a great option. Recommend the e-bike option though - there are a few hills!
Stephan was a Great tour guide. The history of the city was enlightening. The city of Brussels is beautiful. It’s the best way to take in the highlights. The hills did take some effort and the group size was tough to keep together, but everyone did a good job with that. Highly recommend this tour.
Our guide was rude. He didn’t seem very knowledgeable. Poor command of English language. Racist jokes not appreciated. I also thought that he took us through useless parts of Brussels and wasted so much time. And didn’t spend anytime in the historic parts
Excellent tour if you have limited time in Brussels. You cover so much of the city and the biking aspect is a fun way to get around.
We did the kids magical Mechelen bike tour. Willie was a great guide and my kids had a lot of fun. We had a bit of a hassle getting there, as the email confirmation still had a link to their old meeting point and even though they sent me a document in WhatsApp, I only read the text that was attached because I just assumed the document was the same as my identical confirmation. So we ended up at the wrong spot and had to find the guide about 1/2 mile away. We were also running late, which was on us. But just know it's about 45 minutes outside of Brussels, so you need to give yourself enough time and double check the address as to where to meet in case your email shows the old one. Despite all these obstacles and starting much later than planned, Willie was a great tour guide and made it really fun for myself and my two kids, ages 10 and 12. Plus, we learned some interesting history as well. The streets here are so magical and was really fun to ride around by bike. Thank you!
I think the bike tour is an ideal way to get to know Brussels and learn interesting things about the city. The tour was advertised in "German". The guide spoke only English. For us that was no problem.
Very nice option to quickly explore Brussels. Stefan was a great guide and we were lucky to have a fantastic weather.
The experience was good and the route is well done. The store location is a bit hard to get, but once you know that it's in the subway tunnel, you'll find it. The route was great, but I felt that my guide wasn't waiting for me and the rest of the group when some of us could be struggling with something. Other than that, was good!
Our guide Stefan was incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable and tells compelling stories about Brussels. We left wanting more! Thanks Stefan.
Discovering small streets and hidden parts of the city Mechelen was a nice experiance. The guide takes you through the centuries of the city. In the end you have a nice picture of the city, both historical and the little facts.
So glad we decided to do our tour of Brussels via bikes! On this tour we saw many neighbors, historical sites, out door art and life! For those who don’t bike often this particular tour has some hill challenges! I’m not to proud to say that I did hop off my bike and walked the last 100m of said hills! I highly recommend seeing the city of Brussels in this fashion. Don’t worry there are a few culinary stops along the way! Over all we bike approximately 17km!
Very nice tour with a nice guide, saw a beautiful part of Brussels.
The guide was very nice, also the Service of the organizer. The description incorrectly stated that the leadership was in German, which turned out to be a mistake. One day before the tour, the organizer was very anxious to find a good solution. The tour itself was also entertaining and a very nice way to explore Brussels. We cycled 15 km and two smaller mountains and saw some things we wouldn't have seen otherwise
A fantastic and complete tour through the wonderful city of Brussels, a phenomenal and enjoyable Guide when it comes to making the explanations of it
