Lovely experience, we went with 6 adults and 6 children, the tour was well structured and informative, and the challenges were not too easy but well done. It's a recommandation.
It was a good tour but one of the stops had been removed so there were some clues that didn't work so we had to use the cheat map for one part of the tour. Also the first pub where we were greeted weren't very welcoming. The tour itself was good though and the stops on the way were nice. We saw some sights and noticed some points of interest that we wouldn't have seen on our own.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Polistilo Spiti from August 24th to August 31st. From the very first moment, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. Host Ioanna was incredibly kind and attentive, checking every day if we were satisfied and if we needed anything. Her warmth made us feel not just like guests, but like friends. Our apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained and looked recently renovated. Beds were comfortable, towels and bed linen were changed regularly, and the cleanliness was absolutely perfect. The nearby beach was beautiful with wonderfully clear sea, making every swim a real pleasure. On arrival, the room was ready even before the official check-in time – such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot after traveling. The property itself is very well looked after, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. All in all, everything was simply excellent. We felt relaxed, comfortable and very well taken care of. We can only warmly recommend Polistilo Spiti to anyone looking for not just a stay, but a beautiful holiday experience. 💙
A very good way to see the key attractions with a bit of the history included as a bonus. Well thought out tour with the bonus of clues if you get stuck or go the wrong way!
This self guided tour was worthless. There directions were obtuse and confusing. Who ever wrote these directions need to go back and restart. We are not sleuths who wants to solve “secrets”. The hints, clues and answers were useless. The map was difficult to follow. We return to the bar within 40 minutes to return the booklet and all the green tokens. I would not recommend this tour and would only accept a full refund.

This was a fun way to see the city! We were only in Brussels for 8 hours and decided to do something fun. If you like figuring out puzzles this is for you. We had a good time trying to work our way through all of the clues. If you get stumped, hints and answers are included in the book. If you like doing things like escape rooms or solving riddles you will thoroughly enjoy this. This activity isn't timed so you can go at your own pace.
Fun way to spend the day in Brussels. We took the Eurostar from London for the day and this tour gave us a reason to explore the city more and learn about the history. Plus we had some great beers along the way.
Fun tour, saw lots and had a great laugh, great beers! Only thing is it is a small bit pricey for a self-guided tour. Would recommend, but book early to get the best price! 😊

The tour with Julien was knowledgeable, funny, and cool. Learned some fun history and fables about some of the statues around town and got to see quiet a bit of sights

THIS IS A SELF GUIDED TOUR! You are required to figure out puzzles to get to the next step which is a neat idea but can be very frustrating if you miss a facade or something on a wall. I wasn’t aware it was self guided and would have appreciated if it was in the description as I wouldn’t have booked knowing it was the way it is. The beers at the various bars were good but were half pints. You are provided with a book full of puzzles and it has the answers and a map that’s very hard to read.
A good way to explore Brussels while having nice Belgian beers! The puzzles were hard at times, but that made it more fun! :)

The beers were terrific and this is by far one of the best ways that I have gotten to know a city. We had the most fun and got a great feel for Brussels.

We never found the Hoppy Tours for the beginning. The rue de l’Ecuyer 5 no longer exists .. however, the bar de l’Ecuyer (where you start) welcomed us super well and started the tour (luckily we had a smartbox and therefore did not have to buy tickets). This track game is really great, it makes you discover the city while working the brains!! The city is really beautiful, people welcoming and we had a lot of fun! We highly recommend doing this if you are in Brussels!!
Group from 6 to 174€ or 29€ per person for three glasses of 15-20cl of beer. The partner bars are not the most beautiful in the city and the beers served are not very original (example, bar #2: cabbage). The route allows an original and almost complete tour of the city but the game lacks clear instructions that could be given by the organizing bar and the puzzles of the logbook are sometimes poorly written (for the French version).
It was a very nice experience with the tasting of some typical Belgian beers. We did this as a team building and even working in Brussels daily, we discovered nice addresses and facts about our capital. Highly recommended!!
As Belgians already familiar with Brussels and passionate about beers, we were a little afraid of the boat trip and a fairly standard selection of beers... Just the opposite! The route was very rich (be careful, it does not last 3 hours but rather 4 to 6 hours), we learned a lot about the city, we passed in neighborhoods we knew little about, and the breweries and beers offered really nice! What a pleasure to rediscover Brussels through these puzzles and get a quality golden reward after each step. Highly recommended!
As a native of Brussels, it was very nice to look at Brussels again for the longest time. Every time you go through Brussels, you see new details, you get to know new things and this game is no different either. The witty riddles, the fine road descriptions and the top organisation mean that you experience Brussels differently once again and the beauty of the city is well highlighted. We've been on the road for several hours. Allow at least 4 hours for the whole experience but there is no time that the game stands against. The alternation of strolling through the city, the tastings and the riddles you are doing in the meantime, time flies! Highly recommended, even if you already know Brussels a bit (or a lot)!
When I got to the starting point, I was surprised to learn that this was not a guided tour by a guide, but rather that I have to guide myself, self-guide. Being guided by yourself is a scam. How can I guide myself in a city I don't know? "BRUSSELS HAPPY TOUR" deliberately cheated on me. It's a scam.

Nice walk where you will encounter the most important sights of the brussels old town. The Dutch translation of the book did contain a considerable number of clerical errors, but every description remained clear. Too bad that no typical brussels beers were served at the stops.
