Not quite what we expected from a 4-star hotel!! It just doesn’t justify the payment. We stayed for two nights and, unfortunately, the overall experience was not what we expected from a 4-star hotel. There were no slippers in the room, and during our stay, housekeeping only made the beds without replenishing the water, coffee, or any other basic amenities. For a 4-star hotel, we expected a more attentive level of service. We also paid a €50 deposit, which has still not been returned. We did not use anything from the minibar because there was practically nothing in it to begin with. Therefore, we would appreciate an explanation regarding the deposit and, of course, its prompt refund. Overall, the experience was disappointing considering the hotel's 4-star rating. We hope the management will take our feedback into consideration and offer an appropriate gesture of goodwill or compensation for the inconvenience.

Old hotel which pretend to welcome dogs. Want to stay in this hotel with 2 tiny dogs ? You will spend 280€ for them (20€ per day per dog) . For that great price you get absolutely nothing not even a simple water bowl . If you come with dog(s) go somewhere else. The scale in picture is a good representation how old it’s inside
I am sharing my genuine experience after staying at this hotel for six days. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, less than a one-minute walk from the entrance to the train station—you can literally see one entrance from the other. The rooms are admittedly a little dated, but unless you are planning to buy the hotel, they are perfectly adequate for a comfortable night’s sleep and exploring the city. Our room was quiet. Although the soundproofing was somewhat limited, the hotel accommodated our request and provided us with a peaceful room, even though this meant giving up a better view. We had requested a quiet room in advance through Booking.com, and they kindly took this into consideration. The in-room facilities were sufficient. I agree that the bathroom, the walls, and the furniture could benefit from some renovation. However, as I mentioned, considering the excellent location, the service offers very good value for money. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a sufficient variety of options. Since we were in Belgium, I personally think French fries would have been a nice addition. Housekeeping came every day, and the cleaning service was satisfactory. We did not use any of the refreshments in the room because we did not want to risk our €50 deposit. :) Finally, being able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out and continue exploring the city was another great advantage. Thank you for the pleasant service.
My favorite hotel in Brussels. This is my 3rd time staying and I always come back. The service and location are excellent! It is literally a 5 minute walk directly from the train station 🚉 Sara Cardinall the Assist Front Desk Manager took wonderful care of us. We had a long travel day and we're exhausted when we arrived. She made sure our stay was just what we needed. The hotel has air-conditioning, elevators 🛗 restaurant and 2 great bars. Bubbles just off the lobby with an old world resplendent vibe and the Secret Rooftop bar with a gorgeous view. This hotel offers excellent room service for those beleaguered travels that just want to get some rest before they enjoy stunning Brussels. Its important to note this is also thr closest hotel within walking to The Grand Place. A lovely 5 minute stroll. Its also a 4 minute walk to the Gallery! Ive stayed at other grand place hotels and The Warwick out shines them all while remaining well priced! Highly recommend!!
If you need good wifi avoid this hotel. Free wifi is 4Mbps. You can have faster, but it costs €133/week. Not acceptable in 2026. Rooms perfectly fine, if 1998 business-casual is your thing.
