They asked me to cancel due to overbooking caused by the heatwave three days prior! Then they said I hadn't shown up! I had to find another hotel myself, even though it was during a major event and everything was booked or ridiculously expensive! I had to pay €600 for a room for one night out of my own pocket! I've been fighting for a refund for a month now!
I booked a two-night stay from June 30th to July 2nd at the beginning of April. On the evening of the 28th (!!!!!!!!!), I learned that my reservation was CANCELLED due to overbooking!!!!! The refund was obviously not immediate, and we had to find accommodation at the last minute, €100 more expensive, as we weren't from the area at all. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Especially for people coming from far away, giving last-minute notice and risking sleeping outside in the unknown is inconceivable. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
