Excellent Stay – Clean Hotel and Amazing Staff! We had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Brussels Airport! The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, and our room was lovely. The staff were absolutely amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was good, with everything we needed to start the day. The hotel had all the necessary facilities, and overall, we felt very comfortable during our stay. The only downside was the parking fee of €22, which we felt was a little expensive. However, this did not take away from the overall positive experience. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time here. The cleanliness, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and especially the wonderful staff made it a memorable experience. Highly recommended! We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay near Brussels Airport.

Great stay! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located. A special thank you to Cristina at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference during our stay. Thank you, Cristina! We would happily stay here again. 😊
Easy to find. Nice location with all the other hotels nearby too in the airport district. Busstop on walking distance. Room was good and the staff was friendly. Thank you.
Overall, the stay was decent but had a few shortcomings that affected the experience. The room itself was good—spacious, comfortable, and generally well-maintained. The staff and service were also pleasant and professional throughout my stay, which I appreciated. However, there were some clear downsides. The biggest miss was the lack of an airport shuttle. For a hotel branded as an airport property, having a shuttle would make a big difference and is something most travelers would expect. Additionally, when I checked into my room, the trash had not been emptied from the previous guest, which raised concerns about housekeeping. It also made me wonder whether the linens had been properly changed before my arrival. With better attention to cleaning details and the addition of an airport shuttle, this hotel could easily be a stronger option. As it stands, it’s an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement.
When I arrived, I was told the hotel was overbooked and that I might have to stay at the Holiday Inn next door. The staff member even said he hoped I would go there because another guest would be “quite angry” — which came across as very unprofessional and made it seem like some guests are more important than others. This also gave me the impression that the hotel may be overbooking rooms on a regular basis. In the end, I did get a room, but it was right next to the elevator and noticeably noisy — you could even hear the main entrance door clearly from inside the room. The bed was also very hard. Overall, I expected much more from a Marriott hotel. According to the website, check-out time is at 12 p.m. However, on the last morning of my two-night stay, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 10 a.m. and impatiently asked about my check-out. When I confirmed that the check-out time was 12, she rolled her eyes and left. This was particularly frustrating since I had planned to rest a bit longer after two busy days. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
