The rooms are spacious, have a proper table as well as an iron and an espresso machine. Even a bath tub. What’s also cool is the small gym plus Sauna. Only this cheap interior design is so bad. It gives this place such a cheap feeling as if you’re in some hostel. I mean who would hire this designer 🤯 Lobby could also be improved. But all in all better than expected!

Next to the metro and it was of great help as I have early morning flight to catch. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Requested for morning reminder and it all went well. Room is quite spacious. I wish I could have spent more time. They have a big areas for pool and some games.
I give this hotel 5 out 5. I can say that some 5* resort hotels are not on this level. Staff are amazing, rooms fresh&clean, location perfect. What else you can ask for :) highly recommended
I had a really good time in Red Radisson. Great location, simple yet adequate rooms. I requested hypoallergenic pillows and they accomodated. I was even surprised with a cheese platter and wine on my birthday. What stood out to me is the service, I had the loveliest experience with the reception. The team made the check in and chrck out process extremely simple. They helped with early check in and luggage drop! I considered this as an alternative to İbis hotels but I would definitely choose Red Radison for my next trip. Polyxeni and the rest of the team were lovely! The reason for my four star rating is the lifts being broken a couple of times during my stay and the room being a bit dusty on the first day (but then again, very allergic to dust!)
Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were initially checked into a room that clearly did not correspond to the room we had reserved. The room was advertised as 26 m², while the actual room was closer to 12 m². The bed was advertised as a king-size bed, but was barely 1.40 m wide, and the desk mentioned in the room description was also missing. The most disappointing part was not even the initial mistake, but the fact that we were repeatedly told that the room provided was exactly what we had reserved, despite the fact that several key characteristics clearly did not correspond to the room description. We had to insist several times before we were eventually moved to another room. This made a particularly unpleasant first impression and was disappointing in terms of how the situation was handled. We are not particularly demanding travellers and generally do not expect everything to be perfect, but this was simply not what we expected from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the second room also had several comfort issues. The sound insulation was very poor: we could clearly hear the plumbing and flushing from other rooms, sometimes accompanied by a very loud banging noise, which was particularly disturbing at night. In addition, the hot water took an unusually long time to arrive, which was quite inconvenient. The breakfast was decent and was probably the best part of our stay. However, for a 4-star hotel and the price paid, we expected a significantly higher level of comfort and service. We completely understand that hotels need to sell all available rooms, especially when they are fully booked. However, if a room differs significantly from the advertised specifications, guests should be informed about this before booking or at least before check-in. It is not fair to charge the full rate for a room that is significantly smaller, has a different bed size and lacks amenities mentioned in the room description, without clearly informing the guest.
