Great location, 10 minute walk to Grand Place. We stayed 4 nights in a nice room with a nice shower. Came back the next week, had a tub shower which we hate, and the smoke detector flashed every 5 seconds or so like a small flash camera. We told the desk, but nothing ever changed and they never contacted us with any feedback. A flashy looking hotel in a great location that can't really back it up with any service.
Great location within walking distance of the city center. The hotel is tastefully decorated, although there are limited comfortable seating options in the lobby. The front desk is always staffed, and the employees are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our room was average in size, and the bathroom had only one sink. The toiletries provided in the bathroom had a very pleasant scent. One thing I particularly appreciated was that the hotel was able to provide me with a firm foam pillow, which is unusual and a nice touch for guests who have specific pillow preferences. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning our room. I especially noticed that she carefully cleaned around my personal toiletries rather than simply wiping around everything on the sink, which is something I don’t often see in hotels. Unfortunately, breakfast was a disappointment. The food was cold, including items that I specifically ordered from the kitchen. This was especially disappointing because the rest of our hotel experience was quite pleasant.
Location is very good. Easy to go everywhere. Free water and free umbrella at lobby. 5* hotel building . but feel like is 3* hotel service. Room was nice and big. WiFi is good. Breakfast some food was ok . Some food was no way for me. The bed was very comfy . Toilet water wasn't strong. Couldn't flush paper away .For the price was cheaper than other 5* hotel in this area. 3 lifts in this hotel. But 1 lift wasn't go some level and don't have a notification. I had to remember which one do move to my room the level. I will not sure stay again or not.
I had a lovely stay in this hotel. As a VIP member of Radisson Rewards I got a lovely room upgrade and l really enjoyed my stay there. The informations at the service desk was sometimes kind of confusing and not too kind, but everything worked out. Staff at breakfast and the restaurant was nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was not so varied but freshly made egg dishes were excellent. In total I would definitely recommend to stay here. Thank you!
Minus one star for the cleanliness and condition of rooms. Foul smell in sink area of bathroom and toilet area. This hotel is beautiful and centrally located. The daytime front desk staff is TOP from Gregory and his team to the doorman/receptionist/concierge. These are true five star professionals at the height of their game. However, The evening staff needs more training. I can’t say enough about the breakfast service starting with the floor manager, Bayabo and his staff. Each one of them is never standing still as they are constantly moving with a focus on every detail of service from keeping the large variety of dishes well stocked to clearing tables and delivering the highest level of service possible. Bravo!
