Great stay and excellent service! We spent a very enjoyable evening at the Novotel in Leuven. The three-course dinner was outstanding, reasonably priced, and very delicious. Afterwards, we spent a few hours at the hotel bar. Domenico behind the bar gave great advice on Belgian beers and cocktails and was a wonderfully pleasant host. Overall, a very good and highly recommended hotel on the edge of Leuven's city center.
Such a lovely experience at the Gourmet Bar at Novotel Hotel Centrum! The atmosphere is welcoming, the drinks are great, and the service made the evening especially memorable. A huge shoutout to Dominico, quite possibly the nicest bartender ever — incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely wonderful. He made us feel so welcome and turned a simple visit into one of those experiences you remember fondly. An absolute gem! ❤️
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and the location is excellent. However, the true highlight of our stay was the restaurant service. Manish, Dominico, Nelis, and André were simply exceptional! Always attentive, friendly, and extremely professional, they made sure we had everything we needed during our meals. It's rare to find a team with so much dedication and great energy. We will definitely be back!
Nice hotel room was comfortable. Air conditioning not the best. Fridge and tea/coffee facilities in room. Plenty wardrobe space. Easy check-in. Staff lovley and helpful very approachable. Breakfast quite a bit of choice hot and cold. Restaurant had deal on for 3 courses plus drink 25 euros.
Okays, Boye, Boye I was in Novotel Leuven again! The third time indeed. Why choose Novotel Leuven? Simple because the staff are all very nice and sympathic. Making the guests feel at home! I cannot leave without saying thanks to those close to my heart... such as The greatest and Polite manager of the hotel Mr. Andre, also to The very attentive Theodora a very helpful and nice personality, the Bartender Manish, a thrustful and hardworking student from Nepal. Want to wish him all the best with his study at the Leuven University. Last but not least the chef-cook Federico- Dominico-Antonio for his utmost making guests feel at home at the hotel and for his Italian culinary expertise. Folks it was nice being there again! Love you all... keep on the good work.
