Nh Brussels Grand Place Arenberg

Unfortunately my room was not really clean with hair und dirt on the floor and stances on the pillow cases. I also found a minor bug. I told the staff about it but that did not result in a cleaner room. The breakfast was not bad and the location of the hotel was quite central.

Great location: city center, close to the metro. Tasty breakfasts. The room was quite cozy and had everything necessary. My only complaint concerns the shower: it is small, but the issue isn't the size—it's the curtain, which doesn't close properly and sticks to your body while you wash. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful hotel with very friendly staff.

I had an amazing stay at NH Brussels Grand Arenberg during my visit to Brussels. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The location was very convenient for exploring the city. Attractions, such as Galeries Royales Saint Hubert, Cathédrale Saints-Michel-et-Gudule, and Grand-Place de Bruxelles, were within easy walking distance of the hotel. A special thank to Maria H., who was incredibly professional and kind through my stay. She went above and beyond to assist me and ensure that my trip was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels and would happily stay here again.

NH is a good hotel with reasonable price. It is just 10 mins walk from the train station. The room is clean and tidy. Room cleaning everyday is just like just moves it. The counter service is also good. In particular, Anna gives me very detailed information for the places I wanted to go. Thanks Anna@
