My husband and I had a wonderful two-night stay at the Juliana Hotel Brussels last month. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how stunning the hotel is, both outside and in. Our room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable, and the hotel facilities (including the pool) were excellent. It was the little things that really stood out — cups and tea bags were replaced within hours of us using them, and the bed was cleared of excess cushions while we were out at dinner. Those thoughtful touches made the whole stay feel very special. The restaurant was also excellent. We enjoyed two lovely buffet breakfasts, with a wonderful choice of food, and had a delicious dinner there one evening. A particular highlight was Pierre, the head concierge, who went out of his way to help us make the most of our limited time in Brussels. He gave us so many valuable tips and recommendations and was always incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were only there for two nights, but we left with very happy memories of our time in Brussels. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Pierre, for making our stay so memorable.

The hotel is very well located in the city center, within walking distance of many of Brussels’ main tourist attractions and shops, yet it overlooks a pleasant and surprisingly quiet square. The facilities and interior design are excellent, and the staff deserve particular praise: friendly, professional and proactive. My only disappointment was that very few staff members were able to assist me in Dutch. Brussels is officially a bilingual city, with both Dutch and French as official languages, and I believe that a hotel of this standard at least should be able to welcome guests properly in both. That said, I do want to compliment the staff who did not speak Dutch: they nevertheless made a genuine effort to understand and assist me, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, that is not always the case in Brussels, where Dutch-speaking customers can sometimes encounter a rather dismissive attitude when addressing businesses in their own language. Overall, an excellent hotel in a great location, with outstanding service. Improving Dutch-language service would make the experience even better.
Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location of the city. Excellent, clean and modern rooms with a great pool, garden and dining area. Head concierge Pierre and staff were extremely helpful offered fantastic service and advice. Highly recommended.
We have been Hilton honor members for years and see lot different Hilton properties around the world. Juliana Brussels was an OK Hilton SLH. The hotel looks like a museum and, would be cool as such but in practical sense the room was cluttered. When we checked in, they gave us an upgrade and then the AC broke so they put us back in a standard room. This room had a toilet with no sink to wash hands, we had walk across the room to use shower sink, that was a first for us. We also received free breakfast. There were many options, however some pastries were not fresh and at checkout found out that they charged for certain things like ginger shots, there was no label to indicate this at the breakfast area. The pool is small and can’t really use for swimming. The AC worked well. Bed was large and comfortable. This hotel is situated in a good location and walking distance from many restaurants and shopping areas.
My stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels during a recent business trip was excellent. Everything was on point from start to finish. A special thank you to Pierre, the concierge, who provided fantastic recommendations, including visits to Waterloo and the car museum. His suggestions truly enhanced my experience in Brussels. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in—and I travel frequently for work. The gym, pool, and two saunas were all well maintained and felt almost brand new. The location is also ideal, with shops, restaurants, and rail connections nearby, and the valet parking was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Brussels. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
