Hotel Le Plaza

Scary location with lots of sex shops and sketchy people hanging around the blocks surrounding the hotel. Nice interior, the beds are comfy. It not too soft, the 7th floor room was dark and quiet. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! It had eggs, bacon & sausage, beans and mushrooms, pastries, fresh bread, yogurts, fruits, granolas, and a good espresso/coffee machine. This place is a great value at €200/night in Sept 2026.

The hotel is beautiful, with an elegant classic interior and the charm of a historic European property. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I have no complaints about the accommodation itself. Unfortunately, all the positive impressions were overshadowed by the service at the front desk. The staff were clearly inexperienced and insufficiently trained. A huge thank you to the account department staff who resolved the issues that arose and smoothed out the negative emotions. Overall, the hotel itself deserves praise for its beautiful atmosphere and comfortable rooms.

This has been, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Brussels. Despite being significantly more expensive, this hotel provides far worse customer service than even the Ibis. The official check-in time is 3:00 PM, yet we were informed that our room would not be ready until 4:00 PM. It is now almost 5:00 PM, and the room is still unavailable. We arrived at 10:00 AM, understanding that early check-in could not be guaranteed. However, after waiting the entire day, the staff made no visible effort to prioritize our room or offer any meaningful assistance. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the woman at the front desk. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed a complete lack of professionalism or empathy toward guests who had already been waiting for hours. The hotel itself is beautiful, but a pleasant building cannot make up for poor customer service. Hospitality is about treating guests with respect, and unfortunately, this hotel failed completely in that regard. I would rather stay at a simpler, less expensive hotel with staff who genuinely care about their guests than return here.

Beautiful, elegant hotel! Extremely comfortable. Check in was easy and staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were there with a 4 yr old, and fully accommodated. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
