Great hotel, very clean hotel as well as rooms. The location is perfect because it’s literally next to metro station and even the station for day trip is at a walking distance. The breakfast at this property was also quite good, the staff is exceptional, I hurt my ankle on my day trip and the staff was so nice to go above and beyond to get me a crushed ice pack to feel better. We were also traveling with butter and chocolates that the hotel stored in the freezer for us. Welcoming new guests with delicious chocolate chip cookies was also a nice touch. All in all highly recommend this hotel.
We arrived as a couple at the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is very nicely decorated and all the staff at the hotel were very nice, patient and smiling. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the service was so good that we received an email after leaving the hotel that we had forgotten an item in the room and they were willing to send it to our country. We would definitely recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I have stayed at over one hundred different hotels in my time and the Double Tree Brussels truly is outstanding. The bedrooms are spacious, the breakfast is excellent and extensive, the building itself opened in 1910 and they have many of the original art deco touches without being . A shout out to Kim at reception and Arnaud, the room division manager for their kindness, professionalism, and kindness in letting my elderly mother and I check in early and checking on us multiple times. Merci merci merci and I will happily recommend you in the future!
I recently stayed at this hotel in room 6050, and it was absolutely magnificent. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained.
A special mention goes to Anna at the reception. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout my stay. Honestly, she might be the best receptionist I’ve ever met. Efficient, friendly, and always with a smile, even when I probably asked too many questions.
If all hotels had an Anna, traveling would be twice as easy and twice as enjoyable. Highly recommended!
I had a really nice stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Brussels. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. A worker called Naomi (or something similar) was especially friendly and made the experience even better with her kindness and great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
