We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the service was great, and the Japanese restaurant was absolutely delicious with a fantastic selection of dishes. The reason I have not given the room a full five-star rating is because the air conditioning and ventilation system did not appear to be well maintained. The room itself was clean, but dust seemed to be coming through the ventilation system, which affected the soft furnishings and may be an issue for guests with allergies. We stayed in a Family Suite on the 25th floor. As we were only staying for one night, we did not report the ventilation issue during our stay. It was not until later in the evening that my skin and nasal passages became irritated. We hope the hotel can arrange a thorough HVAC maintenance service to address this issue. On a positive note, the complimentary snacks were a lovely touch, and the staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The swimming pool was excellent, although due to its popularity, reservations are required in advance. Despite the ventilation issue, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend this hotel to others.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating available. This was our fifth trip to Tomorrowland, and without question, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve had. We chose this hotel expecting it to be one of the best, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. When we arrived, we found dirty towels in our room with makeup stains on them, making it seem as though the room hadn’t been properly prepared before our arrival. For two days, there was no hot water. After spending long days at Tomorrowland, we couldn’t even take a warm shower at night or the following morning. Having to shower with cold water was completely unacceptable. On our last day, our room wasn’t cleaned, even though we had requested daily housekeeping. We were told that rooms for guests checking out were given priority because we were staying longer. That is not an acceptable excuse when housekeeping service has been requested. The elevators were also unreliable, and we had to carry ourselves up and down the stairs several times because they weren’t working properly. To make matters worse, the staff at checkout was very rude. We simply wanted to check out, but we were made to feel as though we were inconveniencing them instead of being treated as valued guests. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. It did not provide the level of service or quality expected for the price we paid. We’ve stayed at several other hotels during our previous Tomorrowland trips, and every one of them was significantly better. I would not recommend this hotel. Based on our experience, it does not seem prepared to handle the number of guests during major events like Tomorrowland. This was, by far, the worst hotel experience we’ve had in Brussels.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cardo Brussels, Autograph Collection! The property is stunning—modern, chic, and full of character. The lobby and common areas are beautifully designed, and the rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bed was heavenly, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night’s sleep. Location-wise, it’s perfect—close to the airport and major transport links, yet quiet enough to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. A couple of minor hiccups: the shampoo dispenser was empty upon arrival, ad well as the body wash in the shower. Also, no shoehorn in the room, and bathrobes are only available on request. Overall, these were tiny blips in an otherwise flawless stay. I’d absolutely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for style and comfort.
Unfortunately I’ve had a very mixed experience at this hotel. We stayed for Tomorrowland 2025 and had an overall fantastic experience - so much fun makeup / decor / hype around the hotel. However, last year our hotel room was 28 degrees for half our stay - I have a medical condition that requires a cool environment to sleep & I got very poor rest during a weekend where rest was extra important. We finally got it resolved the last day after 5+ visits from technicians (all of which obviously said it was resolved / required a callback / waiting). I wrote it off as an anomaly because of the hotels beautiful atmosphere & service Unfortunately the next year we are having the identical issue and having to miss our only free day to make sure we will be able to sleep during a very long weekend, so I cannot recommend staying at this hotel due purely to the recurring temperature issues & time cost
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses, trams, and the train station directly opposite the hotel, making it very convenient to get around Brussels. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was outstanding, very clean, comfortable, warm, and well-maintained. I also loved the beautiful ambience and minimalistic design of the hotel. Everything smelled fresh, and the overall atmosphere was serene and relaxing. The swimming pool was lovely and definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The only downside was that guests need to book the pool in advance, so you can’t use it whenever you want. I understand this is to manage the number of guests using the facilities, but a bit more flexibility would have been nice. The pool was also closed for maintenance when we first arrived, although it reopened later. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Even though it was short, it was a lovely and memorable experience, and I would happily stay here again.
