Coach drops you a long way out from centre. Had to stand up all the way back from collection point to zebrugge cruise terminal as no spare seats left. I sailed with P & O and had to be back on board for 3:30 pm so by the time you get to the shopping area , you don’t really get very long to get gifts or grab something to eat. Much quicker and earlier to to by train.
It’s over 12,000 steps to get to the square, getting the voucher redeemed was simple… then there was an uneven gravel walk for about 1/3 mile to get to the bus, drop off is a good 5 min walk to the red bridge to get into Brugges… then a long walk… it’s $30E return, knowing this now, I would have done something else!
Shuttle is right by the cruise terminal, runs on time as scheduled. Easy to use and great for a do it yourself visit to Brugge

I prebooked this shuttle. Staff confirmed my booking and I went right onto the shuttle. Provider had plenty of buses for the return to port.

Slick, experienced and reliable. Super efficient and friendly staff. The office is directly opposite the cruise terminal door and very easy to find. We left the ship at 0840 and we're at the drop off point by 0920. The driver gave very clear information on how to make the walk into the town central area. Would definitely use them again, good value for money. This is similar to experiences we had using the same company in Norway.

The pick up locations was easy to locate. Joining instructions very clear. Stress free, no waiting to board at the time we arrived. Modern clean coach. We were given clear guidance about return coaches and timings. Less than half the cost of Princess Cruises Bruges transfer yet exactly the same.
Was cheaper than the ship shore excursion, but just as easy. You take port shuttle to the cruise terminal, mandatory because it’s a very busy, unwalkable port. You come out of the terminal & Cruise Express the shuttle is right there. You were dropped in an area for bus parking, easy for them to pick it a up & easy to get back to. Weather was chilly & wet- but worth the trip! We had missed this transatlantic port numerous times so we’re glad to see the gorgeous old city, that was occupied by the Naxi’s & therefore, not destroyed which is wonderful. Michilangelo’s amazing Madonna & Child at the Church of our Lady. We found a really cute Italian restaurant with a fireplace to hang out awhile & have a great pizza. Great day!
The bus meets outside the Port area, the bus ride is comfortable and the drop off location was a 16-20 minute walk into Brugge main tourist district.
Really a nice experience and easy transfer to/from the ship. Simply exit the port and cross the street. Clean, modern buses and really nice staff. When you get to the desk at their office just show them the barcode and poof, ready to go. Runs on the 30 min segment and they were on time. Simply better priced than the cruise line and the staff were awesome.

People friendly and could not do enough to help when l left my cruise card on the shuttle . Rang me and bought card to me and made sure I caught shuttle that waited a couple minutes so l could have card returned to me by driver from another shuttle. Very impressive service

We were in Zeebrugge for a day as part of a Baltic cruise, we wanted to go down to Bruges to take in the sights, so we thought this would be a good way to go in and back. We paid at the ticket counter outside the chocolate shop and then waited, and waited and waited! We were finally told that the bus was running every 30-minutes and that the next one would be 10am, it was now 9:45am so we didn’t mind waiting, at 9:50 we were asked to follow the guide who would take us to the bus (stance) and he told us to wait and that the bus “should be here by 10:05am” the line of people waiting was considerably and when we asked him would we all get on the bus we were told just to wait. 10:07, still no bus, but an even longer queue was forming. There were people who were struggling to stand due to health issues, but no offer of any seats and only option to sit on brick wall. The bus finally arrived but I had decided to ask for my cash back and had booked an Uber, the guide got very aggressive and was shouting at me, and demanding I wait for the bus, I got my money back €60 for two of us and got our Uber for €25. Customer service was dreadful, attitude of the guide appalling.

An easy way to travel into Bruges from the cruise ship terminal. All staff were very helpful with clear instructions in English. It is a pleasant stroll through gardens until the cobbled streets of Bruges are reached. Plenty of chocolate shops and coffee houses in pretty little streets may be found without walking miles into the city.

Great location right outside the cruise terminal. Quick check in. Great busses and drivers. Running back from Brugge often. We saved money and enjoyed the time we spent in Brugge. The drop off/pick up location is used by all busses. Cross red bridge into town.
Signage poorly marked at the port for those who have already purchased tickets. Bus depot is a 1.5km walk to the main square in Brugge which should be indicated
Very easy to find the pickup spot, just outside the cruise terminal they had Indo boards and helpful staff to answer questions. Short walk into Bruges, about 10-15 mins since buses can't drive to city center.
Easy to find on the port. Drop off area was close to the city centre. A member of the staff met us to make sure we got on the correct bus.

Very well organised shuttle from zebrugge to bruge in modern air conditioned coach. Journey took approx. 25-30 mins. Only criticism is it's a fairly long walk from coach drop off into bruge itself
It was a very convenient service to use, and saved a lot of money as compared to cruise excursion. Also liked that we got to choose our time to go in as well as decide when we wanted to leave.
Had to wait 30 to 45 minutes because the parking lot gate would not allow him to exit with all the passengers. Had to watch him argue with the people there have no idea why it happened, but it was very inconvenient.
Everything w my well until the return. Bus had issue with gate not opening. Several other buses went through fine. We were delayed 45 minutes. My wife got off the bus and asked about the problem. Bus driver first told her that the gate was broken, but when my wife noted that other buses had gone through the gate with no problem his response was, “you know we can leave without you”. I took that as a threat and way over any appropriate line. I tried calling to complain but, of course, no one answered. That was so horrid that I have to let y’all know to beware.

We booked a coach transfer with Viator from the Zeebrugge cruise terminal into Bruges town centre . It was very convenient and well organised and mindful of getting us back to the ship for sail away. Would recommend this transfer .
Easy to find the cruise express shop, right outside the terminal building. No delays going or returning from Bruges. So much cheaper than the option offered by Princess cruises
Ticket booked when in UK, everything was straightforward and hassle free. Downloaded ticket before arrival but didn’t need to as it was on app. Their office was 2 minutes outside Zeebrugge Cruise Terminal and easily found. Friendly staff, shuttle bus wait was minimal and journey hassle free. Pick up times clearly displayed for return journey . No complaints at all, very efficient and cheaper than same trip through cruise ship. Would definitely use again.

Didn’t have to wait around which is great when on a tight schedule. Short trip into Bruges, around 20 minutes and friendly staff.
Very straightforward experience; we hopped on a free transfer to the port gate (provided for the ship) and then picked up tickets for the shuttle at the souvenier shop. The journey was about twenty minutes, and took us to a car park around ten minutes' walk from the centre. We returned to the car park for our homeward transfer.
Easy access on porte off cruise ship. Nice to have it prescheduled. Easy to walk from bus into town. Perfect.
Cheaper than the cruise line but I’m not sure I would recommend. The staff on the ground were not very friendly. The biggest problem is you are dropped off a good 15 min walk from the centre which waists a lot of time when the cruise ship spends very little time there.
The collection point was right opposite the cruise terminal. No queues to collect tickets. The man coordinating the return buses was so lovely. My son left his phone on the bus in the morning and the man called us and arranged to meet us later in the day at the cruise terminal. I would highly recommend the bus as the easiest option to get into Brugge from Zebrugge.
Definitely recommend if you're coming through a cruise. The table/tent is clearly marked outside the cruise terminal, like across the way. Driver was very nice and even though we still had to walk a bit to get to the city center, I'd still recommend. Also, make sure to pin the drop off location so you can get back lol but definitely recommend.
Very poor A very unpleasant experience. The company operates very few buses, and as a result, we had to wait in line for 50 minutes before we could board a bus. The frequency is very low. The bus drops you off quite far from the city center. Highly not recommended.
