Excellent Hotel in the Heart of Bruges
We stayed at Novotel Brugge Centrum and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed here four years ago as well, and it was lovely to return!
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bruges, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
If you’re planning a visit to Bruges, I would definitely recommend staying at Novotel Brugge Centrum. A great hotel in a fantastic location!

Amazing breakfast with a waffle machine. Pool is nice but small. Only opened at 10am. Closed about 7pm. Would be nice to have an adult hour or 2. Room was ok. Close to a car park with ev and all the tourist spots
It is a bit of a walk from central Brugge, but it's not a terribly large city, so it wasn't horrible of a walk. The hotel itself was amazing. The room was HUGE and the bed was soooo comfortable, my dad said it was the best sleep he's had! really loved our stay! Plus they have free water fountains to fill up your glass containers, outside of every hallway.
Very nice hotel. Our room was clean and everything worked fine. It has fully operational AC, even though it isn't mentioned on website. Lobby/reception area is airy and spacious. As many reviewers already mentioned is hotel's location: it is absolutely spot on! You have town centre starting just outside with many lovely cafes and restaurants. You will have mid size grocery shop (similar to Tesco or Sainsbury's) just outside hotel for quick and cheap food or water for your room. Parking is also right there and reasonably priced ~16EUR per 24 hrs and you can leave your can for multiple days in a row without issues. Car parking also have multiple charging points for EV cars if that is what you need - 2x full rows for ev vehicles. Hotel has a swimming pool - water was quite cold for end of May but was lovely, nevertheless, particularly on hot days - our kid really enjoyed it. If I go to Brugge again this hotel would be my choice of stay. Thank you!
Great location, car park below very handy. I love the decor. The room was perfectly comfortable and the pull out bed felt very good quality and worked very well. The room was well appointed, I liked the hangers and tea making station. The Rituals shower gel was lovely to have. I would like soap as well, as a bar of soap is always good to have. The towels were great. The separate loo is a great design. The breakfast was great, although the option of decaf tea would be appealing (and in the room). I didn't try the coffee. The granola was very good. The staff were excellent. I would certainly stay again if I were in Bruges.
