This is such a lovely hotel. It is tastefully decorated and has the most beautiful garden in the middle of the hotel. We stayed in a garden room which was really spacious, especially compared to the tiny rooms we had in London and Paris. Beautiful bed linen, quality toiletries, good air conditioning and a robe and slippers made this a very comfortable stay. I appreciated having tea and coffee-making facilities in the room and sitting out the front of the room with a cup of tea, looking at the gardens was very peaceful. It’s in a great location, an easy 10 minute walk to the market square. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This hotel have positives and negatives things.
The location was great everything was in a walkable destination. The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful. Modern hotel. The room was not very big has the amenities of a 4 star hotel (no iron) ,but it was very dark and the lights couldn't help. It has a moderate cleaning as in the ceiling there was a spiderweb. The breakfast was fair enough but the weird thing was as the days were passing by the quantity of the food was dropped. Too expensive for what they offer. We preferred this hotel as there was a parking. I am not sure if I would return
Our stay at Hotel Montanus was very disappointing.
The room was in poor hygienic condition, including visible mold, dirt, and insects, which is not acceptable for a hotel advertised as 4 stars. These conditions raised concerns for health and safety.
We reported the issue, but no effective solution was offered. The staff’s attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful, and our request for a refund for the unused nights was refused. Due to the situation, we had to leave the hotel early.
