The good part had been the delicious food and excellent service at the restaurant. The bad part have been the level of care regarding the property. Disappointing maintenance! The handle of the window in the room is missing! Hence the window can not be shut and wind blows window open and rain gets in the room! The receptionist had noted this problem but no maintenance the following work day!! We had to place luggage against the window trying to keep the window shut. Coffee cups provided in the room were dirty! Service personnel at the reception and breakfast seem to love to interact with guest in a very rough almost unfriendly style. The Place seem to be used to guests staying one night - I.e. bad maintenance of less concern.

The hotel is close to the flix bus drop and is very central to all the cozy spots in Bruges. The reception staff were very professional and helpful during check in. The hotel is spacious and offer a nice bistro and a welcoming dining/breakfast area. A must visit.
Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. Pros: * Excellent location, just a short walk from the city center. * The rooms were clean, modern, and well furnished. * The staff were friendly and welcoming. Cons: * If you’re booking the hotel parking, make sure to ask for the exact parking location in advance. We reserved parking through the hotel’s website, but we never received the promised email with directions. It was nearly impossible to find the entrance, and we had to park the car elsewhere and walk to the hotel to ask for the location. The receptionist mentioned that we should have received instructions by email, but unfortunately, we never did. * The blackout curtains don’t block out much light, so the room gets quite bright early in the morning. They could definitely be improved. * On the day of checkout, housekeeping repeatedly knocked on our door even though it was locked from the inside, which clearly indicated that the room was still occupied. They only stopped after we told them we would be checking out in a couple of hours. Despite these issues, the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff made for a good stay.
There is not much to discuss. The location is great, 3 min bus drive from the train station, walking distance to everything. The room and the amenities in the room are perfect. Room is very smartly done, silent fridge, perfectly working airco in this heat and towel heater, hairdryer and rain and standard shower options are just a plus. For breakfast there are enough choices and they do have really good coffee (important!). Staff is very friendly and super helpful. The while hotel is very clean. This time was for work, but when we will visit Brugge again we will stay over in this hotel.
Genuinely my favorite hotel we stayed it while traveling all through Belgium. The room my cousin and I shared was spacious, clean, with modern fixtures while still being minimalist. Its easy layout made it nice to share. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on grounds was spectacular. We had an amazing Christmas dinner there. We also enjoyed their impressive spread for their breakfast buffet. It is also in a great location. Close to the bus stop and train station and in walking distance of the center. We stayed during the holidays and were able to walk easily to the Christmas markets and the Winter Gloed (Glow) experience.
