We enjoyed our stay in the Mansion suite. The balcony was a bonus - lovely to sit in the open and enjoy a drink in the sun whilst listening to the church bells! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Hot shower, good coffee machine, comfy bed and we found it easy to regulate the temperature in the room. Breakfast is fantastic, can't fault it. The wellness centre was lovely - especially the sauna, steam room and experience shower. The hot tubs were ok but I don't cope well with the chemicals they use in that type of hot tub. The location is perfect for exploring Bruges on foot, with easy access to bus stops for getting the train station too. I'd happily stay here again.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and nice. The location can’t get better. There’s a parking garage down the street you can park overnight. The rooms are simple and neat. My only issue arises with Hyatt. I used my Hyatt points to stay there and it does not include breakfast. This is not the hotel’s fault. This is the Hyatt policy. I just still don’t understand when you work so hard to get all these points and finally cash in to your dream trip to Europe and they deny your breakfast. Are they really bad pennypinching? Besides that I highly recommend the hotel itself.

Avoid this hotel. The spa was disgusting. The jacuzzi water was full of dirt, smelled awful, and when the bubbles were turned on, even more grime floated to the surface. The air conditioning didn’t work on the first night. After staff “fixed” it, it was then stuck on freezing cold for the second night, making it just as unusable. Breakfast hygiene was also unacceptable. Multiple plates and glasses were dirty, dead flies in plates The most disappointing part was the hotel’s attitude. We raised these issues during our stay and expected at least an apology or some acknowledgement at checkout. Instead, we got nothing. When I later contacted the hotel, they simply denied that we had reported the problems and dismissed most of the issues instead of taking responsibility. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness, maintenance and customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Superb boutique hotel ,a few minutes from the main square. If driving ,its well worth paying for parking but be aware the entrance is extremely narrow. Something as big as a Range Rover would struggle . The rooms are very spacious with air con. Large comfortable beds There's a spa which you can book out with jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. The staff are wonderful as is the choice at breakfast. All in all ,you couldn't find better
