Excellent service, and the food was great. I think the only thing we struggled with was with having a place to put the suitcase that wasn’t on the floor. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

This place is amazing. If you want something special while visiting Brugge this is definitely it. Location is perfect, 10 - 15 minute walk into the centre. Rooms are lovely, we had one on the 2nd floor which was very quiet. Service - 1st class. Everyone who served us was incredibly friendly & welcoming. The food - the best meals I’d had since travelling through Europe the previous week. Breakfast is outstanding. It’s like an event in itself & I was only sorry that I just couldn’t finish the wonderful stand of food presented to us each morning. The Hotel has a private car park too. I highly recommend & if we return to the area, this will be top of my wish list. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect from A to Z! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and well-designed. The breakfast was exceptional, the best I’ve ever had, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The location is ideal, only a 10-minute walk from the center.

This is most likely the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. I'm a very light sleeper and invariably never sleep well when away from home, but I think I actually slept better here than at home! The location is perfect for exploring Bruges on foot. Parking is right by the door, safe and secure. The staff were all absolutely fantastic, just the right balance of care & attention. Air conditioning in the room was very welcome in the heatwave, it was efficient and quiet. The bar in the garden was lovely, food was great too. Honestly, I usually always feel homesick and am happy to head back home, not this time. I'd go back tomorrow. Thank you.
